Beautiful decor and views. Spacious living room. Everything worked well. Plenty of room for us. Good location, easy to find and plenty of parking.

Some dishes a little dirty but easily fixed with a wash. Easily missed.

Tired. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. Beds creek. Oven needs cleaning. Heating thermostat doesn’t work. Communal hallway needs cleaning and damaged ceiling needs repairing. Lack of bedside lights.

We had a great time in a very nice flat for our 2 days away.

It was very central and easy to walk to the town and couldn’t be any closer to the beach! Great location.

The stairs leading up to the flat but that’s just because we were 3 “older” ladies!! 😂 Also the light didn’t work in the kitchen and the heating was very annoying. We couldn’t get it to come on and stay on!

Booking.com have wrong PIN. Code for door and was standing in pouring rain until a local person helped gain access

Amazing views Comfortable beds Great location Contacted the owner about a small issue, and he got straight back to me. So good we have booked to return next year!

Just a couple of small things Bin in toilets would be great. Checking all lights are working. The number on the key box would be useful as property not clearly marked. Welcome pack would be great as we have stayed many places and my sister also has a property and this is standard. But as I stated very small things, everything else was fabulous

Apart from above the stay was faultless.

Lovely views and spacious. Very comfortable with many extras and necessities.

The ceiling lights didn’t work in the hallway. The bedside lamp didn’t work in smaller bedroom. The kitchen window appeared rather dangerous and we didn’t dare touch it to attempt to close it. As it was extremely windy there was a terrific draught coming through the apartment.

Lovely short stay by the sea, would definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic location right on the sea front, views of Arran and Craig and the bay round to Ayr. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels available, comfy bed for my young son and a travel cot for the baby. plenty of extra sundries like wash stuff and shaving, fresh toothbrushes, teas and coffee. And best of all - a range of whiskies to sample! We only tried 2 of the 5 and didn't go mad.

The king bed was the only let down. We slept well, but it was very noisy when we moved in the bed, like every spring was clicking back into place or something. A mattress topper or a full replacement would be great.

Location was very good with excellent views. The little extras that were left were greatly appreciated. Light and airy rooms with space to spread out. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Close to pubs and a good walk to the supermarket.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Very clean, comfy and bright rooms. 2 bathrooms, one with bath, and one with shower Everything you can think of supplied in apartment, iron, toiletries, kitchen supplies and condiments, very impressed with it all. Cannot fault anything at all, apartment looks exactly like the pictures Great location, minutes from town centre Would happily stay here again, there was only 2 of us staying but apartment is big enough for 4 people or a family. Very happy with our stay 🙂

Seaview apartment

Fantastic property, amazing location, especially for the ferry to Arran, which is where we went for the day. Walking distance from all facilities. The flat is so welcoming, you only need yourself and any food you require. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very relaxing, felt like we were in a wee cottage on its own.

Views were stunning, bed very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom stocked with all sorts of goodies! It was also very quiet, didn’t hear anyone coming or going. Outdoor area very well kept, as was the hallway. The residents obviously take a great deal of pride in their homes. The Whisky was a lovely touch (unfortunately we don’t drink whisky though).

Excellent accomodation

The accommodation was excellent, the views were amazing. Everything you need for your stay, loads of lovely extras. It was lovely and clean, so comfortable and spacious. We had a very enjoyable week and will be booking again. So glad to stay somewhere that is well equipped in the kitchen and had everything you need from tea clothes, tea, coffee etc. Loved the idea of the whiskey, such a treat. Nice comfortable beds and furniture absolutely homely. Just wished I booked another week. It was so relaxing and we met some of the neighbours, they were so welcoming and friendly.

The only thing I would suggest is advertise it on the second floor.

A really amazing apartment

Amazing location, it is a really beautiful and and well equipped apartment, with wonderful sea views from the living room, from the master bedroom, and from the kitchen. Easy and comfortable parking behind the building.

Good location, clean bathrooms, kitchen, bedding and towels. Bedding protectors and duvet new and clean on double bed.

Boiler was off and the boiler instructions seemed to be for an old boiler or something, they did not match the new boiler in the kitchen, they need updating and to be made clearer if the intention is to always leave the boiler off for guest arrival. Also there appeared to be 2 separate boiler controllers left in the kitchen, with different numbers showing. Although I did manage to get the boiler on by eventually pressing Manual on the controller left near the instructions, so we did have hot water on demand which was good, the heating came on and off at various times including through the night. Didn’t have instructions for the controllers. The double bedroom had an old wrinkly and badly stained carpet. Ginger coloured towels faded/non faded looked strange and out of place in blue bedroom with blue shower room. There was no bedside lamp in small twin room, sockets unreachable behind a bed, beds difficult to move to get to sockets as one bed had no castors on. After struggling to move beds to get in to reach the sockets, we had to take an extension lead from the sitting room to plug in so that bed could be moved back and there were accessible sockets to use. Very dirty windows spoiled the good view.

Broken electrics, dirty dishes and couches, owners completely unhelpful. 2nd rate air bnb.

Changed my review after finding out the electrical and plumbing issues I raised while there have been a problem since at least October. Oven and showers don't work and the dishes were greasy. Owner responded by saying these things have never happened before and I should check the manual for the oven.... no more help or sending anyone out and it appears it's been broken for months according to an October review. Advertising facilities they don't have and ignoring anyone who asks for a fix. As soon as I figure it out I'll be complaining to booking and have them check the reviews. Allowing people to stay in an electrically unsound building is ilegal and they have known this since October. I like to cook too and wasted a full shops worth because I had to eat out. The owner will be held accountable.

Lovely bright beach apartment

We liked the view. Property was bright and spacious. Liked option of eating in kitchen or lounge. Having two bathrooms was a real asset. Nicely furnished apartment.

Stair lighting was poor on the lower landing during the day and the entrance was dark , although it did come on at night. This should be raised with the factors. Living door didn’t shut fully .

Brilliant location with amazing views!

We stayed in between Christmas and New year for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The weather was wild and loved sitting at the window watching the crashing waves come in. The flat was really cozy, great beds and lots of towels. We ate at Lido one of the nights which was lovely. Great parking too. We were trying to work out how we could retire somewhere like this. We have booked again for next year!

I was in Troon on business but took my parents for the trip. Wow, what a beautiful place. The apartment has the most fantastic view, it's just beautiful. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I hope to return in the future for a longer stay.
