I was so angry to waste my precious time on line with the inefficient method of getting a key to get it If you mislay your phone eg.stolen /broken no /charge you are not getting into the property that you’ve paid for .

Location was convenient.
The online advice re check out was vague. I still don't know if I put our non recyclable waste in correct bin. Ended up taking recycling home.

Clearly been recently renovated. Clean comfortable bed. Smart TV which someone had forgot to log out of Netflix and Prime!!!
Arrival info very late, basic and misleading. This apartment is actually on the top floor in a old 4 unit tenament and if you’re not familiar with this particular set up mostly found in Scotland you will be a bit a) confused with the ‘old front door’ and b) the rather bleak ‘close’ (communal area).
Although most of the apartment was very clean, the bedroom had not been vacuumed. Quite a lot of crumbs and fluff, and some loose change by the bed!!! The location of the gas meter in a small store room off the bedroom gave off a bad smell so we couldn’t leave our clothes in the wardrobe in there. The apartment needs a full length mirror and a socket somewhere near a mirror. Trying to get ready and dressed up for a family event proved difficult without suitable mirrors!!!
Finally, not happy that the hosting company emails and asks for only 4/5 star reviews on Trustpilot and contact them if it’s anything less!!!
