Nice clean comfortable appartment, would definitely use again and recommend to others

Very easy to get the keys, property was very central warm and clean

Didn't like the stairs, didn't realise it was 2 flights up and with a bad hip I suffered at times also the foot stool in the living room had wonky leg when we arrived so we couldn't use it

We had a great stay for 2 nights plenty car parking was great location for wedding we were attending

It was very good ,comfortable beds flat had everything you needed 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ideal the flat is in a very quiet location

Overall was a lovely stay and would stay again

Was lovely decorated and a comfortable stay for myself and my family, good facilities, location was very good for where we needed to be to meet up with family

Smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived was advised to remove the battery during our stay. A couple of cleanliness issues, coffee rings on tables.. faeces in toilet.. nothing I couldn’t sort myself Bin was full in bin store so was unable to put the bins out on our departure sorry (we did bag/tie it up)

Perfect, quality, and quantity in equal measure.

We had a family party, wanted somewhere close. Others stayed in guest houses around irvine. We paid around the same price but had the comfort of the whole apartment. Exceptionally clean. Really lovely. Thank you.

Apartment lovely, customer care whilst staying was next to none

The apartment itself was lovely, done out very well and we found it to be welcoming

On arrival we needed the loo but no loo rolls so imediatly had to go and search for a shop. light bulbs in bathrooms were gone and there were 5 of us needing to get ready for wedding so i contacted the number left for any issues, sent photos as they requested ( these lights were in cieling no idea how to get to bulb myself) was told someone would be alongto do them, i called after lunch again and told they were walking out the door now and would be there in 20mins, dinner time came and i called again explaining we all needed light in the bathroom for next morning, in the end someone came and handed me a bag of light bulbs but did not come in to do them as i had been promised. there were other things that made this a very unsatisfacty stay despite the actual apartment being very nice.

The property facilities and location were great.

I knew the keys to the property were in a key box but the problem was that it wasnt obvious where the key box was located. This caused some initial problems. However it was quickly resolved and doesnt detract from our stay.

Niche View.....for a great stay

Group from Belfast.. Spoke to Ben on the number given to arrange entry. Ben was very helpful and asked me to contact him again if I needed anything during our stay. The apartment was amazing and our group were very impressed. Will hopefully be back staying in the niche view, next time we are visiting our Scottish friends.

On the whole the apartment was very nice

Given PIN number for keys via email only to have to phone service manager to gain access after 30-40mns given 4 more PIN numbers to attempt entry Front door needs seeing to as it has at least a gap of almost an inch when closed and bolted😳

a shower over the bath would have been better than just a bath in main bedroom. shower gel would have been appreciated
