Really comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

The view out across the beach, I mean, just wow. I just sat for hours looking out, a fantastic place for watching the sunrise and the sunset. Ideal location for visiting Ardrossan - close to the supermarket and a tasty Indian restaurant! The flat itself was also super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Just a heads up (pun intended) that the ceilings were a little on the low side. Absolutely fine for me but even at the highest points of the room, my 6"5' husband was having to be careful. Not a complaint but just mentioning in case it's relevant for future travellers!

It is in a great location with spectacular views across the beach and bay and over to the islands. Everything is in walking distance, including the railway station.

Very little - it was clean and tidy and had all the amenities I needed. Toiletries, towels, bedding, WiFi and the host even left me a few bits and pieces including milk and butter and croissants.

Front door lock was a bit dodgy! Took me 5 mins trying to get out of apartment - strongly suggest key pad lock!

A lovely flat with an amazing view across the bay. Lots of great facilities and very comfortable. Amenities on the doorstep and easy parking out the front.

Excellent location. Easy parking out the front. Incredible view of the beach from the windows. Nicely furnished loungeroom with decent TV.

Difficult to take luggage up the stairs. Safety rail at the top needs repair. Difficult to open and close door. Trip hazard to the left internal door opening and, in many areas, you had to be really careful not to bump your head.

Bright, spacious, well appointed, cosy apartment. Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast provisions were a great touch. View from living room and main bedroom are stunning. Easy to get to, very handy for local amenities, plenty of parking options. All round great apartment. Thanks to Mandy.

The access to the property wasn’t great as I have mobility issues, it was up two winding staircases. No blinds in one of the bedrooms was a big issue and no blind on a small living room window was also an issue.

A lovely, comfortable stay before taking the ferry to Arran.

The location was perfect with excellent views over the beach. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the host had taken great care to provide gluten free items for my breakfast.

Great apartment but not for anyone with heavy cases!

Breakfast was self service - it was an apartment so things had been left. There were a variety of things but would have liked brown bread. Apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a beautiful sea view.

The apartment was up 2 flights of twisty, steep stairs. We’re travelling for a month, so though we only stayed one night here, our cases were large and heavy. It wasn’t easy to navigate the stairs and the handrails were loose.

Great location, great views. Quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast provided was very good and a choice of items. Good facilities overall and owner very helpful and nice.

Everything was great. Toilet placed slightly awkwardly ( might have been better against the wall) but otherwise really happy with everything here. A great find
