We had a lovely stay here

Well presented flat in good central location

I had some communication issues with the company who act as agents for the owners (not booking.com) - once these were resolved (staff member called Glen) all was fine

Liked the space and comfort of the apartment.

Given wrong keycode to get into property. Luckily cleaners helped us out and gave us correct one after showing booking details.

More than we expected.

The fact that the flat was warm and welcoming on arrival. that there was plenty of space including storage space. It was clean and tidy and it gave you confidence that it was well cared for.

I am being very picky. The parking in the road meant it was a bit awkward to get luggage to the flat. The steps can be a bit tricky for the elderly and although there isn't many, my sister who is eighty three struggled a bit. The same can be said for the sofa which is a bit low and lacks real support. As I said I am being very picky, for someone a bit younger these things are no issue at all and even for my sister where far outweighed by the pleasant nature of flat.

It was fine, could have been better

Key lock was stiff and awkward. Dirty cans under table, bathroom too small. Shower screen didn’t hold water. Needed a proper hoover.

It was fine but expensive, bathroom was small and shower leaked so blooming annoying. Could have left some milk. Had to buy my own toilet rolls.

A bit of a bad smell when we entered. Had to spray the place with air freshener. Would have been nice to have some well stocked tea and coffee. The other places we've stayed in Largs over the years, greeted is with tea, coffee and biscuits. No extra light bulbs etc. Entrance lights were flickering for the whole stay. Could use them. Messages to the owner were unanswered.

Had an unfortunate loss of door key and couldnt get hold of manager so had to pay for a lock smith, even though there were spare door keys inside. It was nice apart from that.

Great weekend break in an ideal central base

The location is excellent, in the center of the town, 2 mins to the seaside. Although there is no specific parking place it was easy to find in street parking very close to the door

The bathroom configuration could be improved, access to the shower might be tricky for less able people. Would suggest taking out the bath and replacing with a shower only.

Very clean, great spaces, easy street parking, wonderful to have the washer/dryer, well stocked and loved the board games that were there for during our down time.

The mattress in the bedroom closest to the kitchen was horribly uncomfortable.

Location was great. Felt homey, tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen for cooking/preparing food. Comfortable beds. Cleaned to a high standard.

Upon entering the flat, there was a damp smell to the air. With windows opened, this quickly faded.

Great space In a convenient location all we needed for a half term break. Super friendly neighbour and ideals space for the 4 of us.

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable but that’s purely personal preference. A few too many plug in air fresheners for my taste also as left the whole flat fairly heavily perfumed.

Very comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed.

10 minutes walk to the seafront and the town's facilities, good selection of pubs serving good food at good value. Property was spacious and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short break. Located ideally for a visit to Nardin's and the Viking centre.
