Beautiful house, lovely decor and liked that the property retained a lot of the original features. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was within easy walking distance of the town.

I have stayed at a lot of places on Bute and nothing compares to this Perfect location, immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, lots of space, I loved everything about this place!

Beautiful comfortable accomodation.
Very comfortable beds.
The steep hill up would be ok but it's a slippy muddy dirt track. If some effort had been put in to properly pave it or at least put proper gravel - as all other properties on the hill had done - it would be easier. If you go slightly onto the grassy bit it is VERY slippy.
Dirty dishes in the cupboards.
Tiny hard to see note on the dryer dating not working - only realised this after washing clothes.
DVD player didn't seem to work either. Could have been the batteries as these also seemed low on the TV remote.
I wouldn't stay again or recommend mostly because of the slippy path - and we had decent weather too so in torrential rain would be no fun at all.
