Parking expectation was a let down

Good location next to shops and tram stop. Apartment was like advertised in the pictures and clean.

Lots of frustration at the start and poor staff communication. Apartment was said to be on 2nd floor but was located on the 3rd floor, spent a long time trying to get into the wrong door and staff was rude to us and long wait to get response back. PARKING was a nightmare. Access to the parking at the back is through a very narrow corridor that CANNOT fit through standard cars unless a tiny car like Micra. Was a nightmare to even open the garage door and keep it open when we tried to fit our car through. It kept closing after few seconds. Next available free parking was 5mins drive away.

Space and light in an apartment. However, I was there alone.

Very noisy apartment - noice from the main street with trans. The windows did not seal the noise and cold in the night. No curtains in the living room at all, nothing! Very uncomfortable aspect for me.

Très bien situé et facile d’accès. L’appartement est bien agencé et décoré avec goût.

Malheureusement nous sommes venu pendant les travaux du tram. La rue était très bruyante le matin très tôt. Les fenêtres du séjour manquent peut être un peu d’isolation.

Manque de vaisselle et couverts pour 5/6 personnes un peu juste Une des 3 chambres pourrait avoir des lits jumeaux en 90 plutôt qu’un grand couchage surtout avec des jeunes ado

Je réserverai à nouveau l’année prochaine pour participer au tournoi de judo à Mouveau

L’emplacement du logement, Tram, boulangerie, supermarché à moins de 5 minutes. État impeccable, spacieux et confortable. Bonne adresse Estaminet Le Hein, donnée par la conciergerie. Petit conseil télécharger l’appli des horaires de bus pour ne pas attendre pour rien (1 tram toutes les 30 minutes le dimanche).

Très bon emplacement on reviendra avec plaisir

L’emplacement est parfait, le tram juste en face, supérette, pharmacie, on peut laisser la voiture et tout faire à pied.

Quelques petits détails à revoir, quantités insuffisante de couverts, les ouvertures laissent passer un peu l’air extérieur mais le chauffage fonctionne très bien. Comme annoncé, l’accès au garage est extrêmement étroit, mais une fois garé, tout est faisable à pied et tram en face.

Top à quelques minutes du vieux Lille et Lille centre

L’appartement était lumineux dans une résidence calme et très bien localisée (tramway proche- commerces proximité). Bien agencé et équipé.

Manque une cafetière classique, 1 chambre trop étroite et bas de plafond, escalier colimaçon un peu dangereux mais bon pour un week-end ça va
