Could be better.

The location was perfectly suitable for a family visit especially with kids. The tram stop was nearby. All facilities and shops were nearby.Thr apartment itself has all the necessary things.

1. For arrival I didn't get contacted by the organiser to provide me the address. That time was really unpleasant. I got so stressed and thought I might get scammed. I spent hours far from my home with my kids looking for the solution. 2. The bed requirements according to the members were not good and up to the mark. For kids there was a double bed. Actually a low standard folding bed. Which was broken on the second day while sleeping. I contacted the owner. And he sent anyone to repair it. At least that was the act of kindness .

Good stay, terrible check-in experience

Neat and clean. Central location. Close to the tram line. Kitchen was very well equipped. We'll stocked cupboards with basic essentials for cooking and cleaning.

The address provided by Briget on booking.com was incorrect. After a very long 1 hour struggle, we got the correct address. However, she could not bother to check up even once, to see if we found the place. Terrible service. The bed was very uncomfortable. If you are a family, there is no sound barrier between the bedroom and lounge area. The linen is limited and only 1 blanket is provided for the whole apartment

Pleasant

The location was very convenient for us. The tram station is right outside, and there are plenty of shops around. The apartment is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are nice.

The second bed was not very comfortable, and the picture on the website is a stock image, not a photo of the bed in the actual apartment. It actually barely fits in the bedroom while still being able to open the door.

DO NOT BOOK IT

the bakery near to the house ( super friendly), good spot for breakfast. Near to tram station

Where should i start ? Booked for 3 nights, got a message after few minutes that 3rd night was not possible for a new reservation. she said she would have refund me later the difference ( i had already the feeling something was strange) When the reservation became obligatory and not free to cancel she sent me message asking for extra money , extra cleaning 55€, towels and beed sheets ( where i am supposed to sleep without bed sheets ) 20€+20 € per person !!!! we had a strong conversation and she decided to not charge it (spoiler: just in the beginning cause i've not got any money back ) asked 4 times the code for the safe lock, she sent me two different codes. (she's not even in Koln) house itself is ok but the photo of the sofa is photoshopped. it looks really big but in reality is small. she didn't even put the bed sheets on the bed, we had to put ourselves. after the checkout i got the message that i left the house dirty. ( i don't know if i have to cry or laugh) in summary i won't have my money back from her and i am working with booking to solve this matter. i am not writing all the story cause i'd write a book of this journey. never had an experience like this in 20 years of working travels. please do not book over here if you a want a safe and calm journey. this is my advise. ice on the cake: now she's writing me in german in order to not make me understand and she blocked me.

My worth ever experience with booking an apartment.

The apartment itself is nice.

1. Noise from the street - it was impossible to sleep at night even with the closed window. 2. The internet didn’t work. 3. The owner gave us wrong code from the key-box and it took us 2,5 to get into — she didn’t answer our phone calls and then just said she couldn’t help because she was in Spain… 4. There was 2 towels for 4 parsons (we had booking for 4). 5. The host caused as much troubles at the beginning when we asked to change booking from 3 persons to 4 — she wanted us to pay extra 200 euros in cash when the difference in price at booking.com was only 50 euros. 6. Communication was hard all the way starting from the moment we asked to add one more person and util the end of our stay. 7. There was even no toilet paper — that was weird because when you book the flat for 3 days for 550 euros you don’t suppose to buy a new pack…

Gemütlich mit viel Flair in bester Lage....

Eine sehr gute Lage mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés mit ganz viel Flair. Schöner Park in der Nähe und eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Hilfsbereite und sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Wohnung sauber und gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt aber leider zu kurz....

Das Stadtviertel ist sehr schön. Umgeben von Parkanlagen, vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn sind fantastisch, das Centrum schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und tierfreundlich. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich super - man erreicht alles fussläufig und die Tram fährt direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung war bestens sowie die Sauberkeit einfach nur genial! Wir kommen gerne wieder
