A great base for exploring

Our host was lovely and welcoming and we had a few laughs using translator. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the only nearby restaurant was closed during our stay. I would recommend this property for exploring DDay beaches and Bayeux.

Great value accommodation in Vers sur mer

Clean and cosy. Good value. Close to beach and ten minute walk to small supermarket, bar and boulangerie. The restaurant nearby is very good value for money with a meal for two plus drinks Eur50. Microwave, small fridge and kettle provided. The accommodation is part of the owner’s home but separated by its own door giving complete privacy. No problem parking in the free car park across the road.

Difficult to wash plates etc.in bathroom sink.

Perfect for us on our cycling holiday.

Super clean and very friendly host. The room is close to the beach and a local restaurant. It is in easy walking distance to the British memorial. Would recommend as good value for money.

Proximité de Courseulles, là où nous souhaitions nous rendre pour un festival. Proximité de la plage. Logement propre.

Nous allons jouer les rabats-joie, nous ne sommes pas d'accord avec les précédents avis pour ce qui concerne l'accueil. Celui-ci a été très mitigé, peu chaleureux voire très froid de la part de l'hôte. Pas de communication ou le minimum syndical. Pas de petit déjeuner, ce qui généralement se fait dans ce genre d'hébergement. Frigo non branché, La personne n'a pas jugé bon de le brancher ? Lit un peu petit pour 2. On a le sentiment que la personne n'a pas envie de communiquer avec ses clients et ne fait ça que pour l'argent. La propreté des lieux est une chose importante mais la convivialité en est une autre. Nous avons été très surpris d'autant que nous avons poursuivi notre voyage et avons été très très bien accueillis dans le Cotentin pendant 5 jours chez une autre personne en chambre chez l'habitant (même principe). L'intérêt de cette formule est non seulement de dévélopper l'hébergement et le tourisme dans une région donnée mais aussi de partager avec des gens, ce qui n'a pas été le cas.

Lage ok; alles ein bisschen spartanisch, aber ok. Nahegelagener Parkplatz vorhanden.

Ver-sur-Mer ist etwas grenzwertig (was Infrastruktur anbelangt); Bars und Restaurants hatten an diesem Tag alle geschlossen.
