Location excellent, facilities brilliant with individual terraces. Rooms were lovely but was very hot when visiting so would have benefited from air con but the system wasn’t working. Staff were excellent.

Comfortable bed.
Car park secured at night.
Room was too hot. Air conditioning not advertised but non functional controls in the room. I complained about the non functional controls and the heat. Was advised to leave the patio door open at night.
Upon departure I mentioned the heat again and was asked if I'd requested a fan. It appears complaining about the heat in the room isn't enough to trigger the offer of a fan, you have to know (somehow) that you can request one.
