The room was comfortable, big bed and good shower
We had expected a kitchen in the room as that was in the hotel last year, we hadn't realised it had changed hands

Good location, steps away from the beach.
No air conditioning and the room feels oppressive and stuffy.The cups are not properly cleaned. The hair dryer is broken and shampoo was not replenished.

Comfortable bed.
Car park secured at night.
Room was too hot. Air conditioning not advertised but non functional controls in the room. I complained about the non functional controls and the heat. Was advised to leave the patio door open at night.
Upon departure I mentioned the heat again and was asked if I'd requested a fan. It appears complaining about the heat in the room isn't enough to trigger the offer of a fan, you have to know (somehow) that you can request one.
