The history and airplane themed decor. Our hosts Paul and Ann were gracious and provided a lot of background to the area and the historic items on the property

The location is excellent. Quiet yet right in the heart of the town and steps from the beach.
The collection of D-Day and aviation historical items are remarkable.
The breakfast was wonderful and so well presented.
There is no AC which is ok but we could not open windows because of mosquitos.
We were cool enough but not ideal.
The sea breeze in town is quite cool.
Preferred to have water or a bit more for morning coffee.

What an exceptional property, location and hosts! So much WWII memorabilia as well as knowledgeable staff who were kind enough to share stories of the history surrounding many of the items. Also, the woman who worked so very hard providing us with the freshest and tastiest breakfast was exceptionally friendly! Even with the language barrier, we were able to find a way to communicate and she thru that she shared an abundance of warmth and welcome. THANK YOU!!!
Key to open the door to our room was a bit finicky, but certainly a minor thing in the overall scope of our wonderful stay.
