My room has separated toilet and shower room. The shower room is fine, but the toilet room is too small, when I sat down , my knees hit the door even I am only 1.52m, could not close the door. There is no basin in toilet room to wash hands.

Rooms not well kept an full of mould. Mould smell is strong in bathroom and vissible several places. Rom was to small for 2p. Things was falling down from the walls during our stay.

Wonderful place to visit the D-Day landings

The Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were so helpful and polite. The Manager (Man) who I can't remember his name was a real credit to the running of this hotel. The Hotel is a great location for visiting the D-Day landing sites, and the Bayeux tapestry. I would recommend this Hotel to any visitors what to stay in this area. I found to people in this town so polite and welcoming.

Short stay at Juno Beach

The location was perfect right next to the sea and Juno Beach. The room was bright, clean and welcoming. There were three comfortable beds in our room.

La beauté de l'établissement , l'entrée avec sa magnifique mosaique au sol et son salon feutré et douillet , la chambre , petite mais confortable avec cette sublime vue sur la mer , l'accueil cordial , le petit déjeuner complet et de qualité , la gentillesse de la dame du petit déjeuner .

Le passage d'un avion de chasse au bruit assourdissant à 3h37 du matin mais en cela l'établissement n'est absolument pour rien !!!!!

La gentillesse et et le sourire des employés

Très déçu ! Alors que je réserve une chambre triple avec vue sur mer pour 2 nuitée à 387€ du 31/12/25 au 02/01/26 (prix somme toute assez élevé pour un 2 etoiles...), nous constatons en arrivant dans la chambre qu'on entrevoie à peine quelques vagues de très loin. L'annonce nest pas mensongère mais en tous les cas la vue sur mer n'est pas evidente en soi. Nous constatons ensuite que la poignée d'une des portes donnant sur le balcon, est cassée et donc n'ouvre pas. Enfin, le jour de notre départ (le 02/01), alors que le petit déjeuner est annoncé de 7h30 à 9h30, que tout est fermé alors qu'il est déjà 8h00. Nous attendons jusqu'à 9h00 sans voir personne et sans que le numéro d'urgence, prévu visiblement pour les urgences, ne réponde, malgré nos nombreux appels. Avec nous d'autres client, dont des touristes américains, qui ont du avoir une piètre image de cet hôtel. Vraiment déçu !

L'emplacement proche de la plage et pas loin à pieds du centre ville. L'accueil parfait très agréable et à l'écoute. La gentillesse de tout le personnel. La grande salle de bains bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

La chambre un peu juste sur les côtés du lit. Le manque de rangement.

Douchen in bad is altijd een dingetje en zeker als je er niet onder kunt staan. Bed was voor mij persoonlijk te zacht maar dat kan gebeuren, verder wel goed geslapen met uitzicht op zee.

L'emplacement est très bien. Le personnel du restaurant sympathique. Le petit déjeuner comporte tout ce qu'il faut. Le repas du soir correct mais déçue par la tarte au citron. La vue sympa.

Pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambre, il faut aller en chercher à la réception La notre était petite avec le stricte minimum. Il y aurait un effort à faire au niveau de la propreté des sols des chambres et escaliers. Le matériel d'entretien trainait dans les escaliers l'après midi, que nous devions contourner. C'est resté là pas mal de temps.

We hadden 2 kamers. Op de eerste kamer was de afvoer van de lavabo en het toilet verstopt. Op de tweede kamer was er geen haardroger en was het veel te warm. De kleine ventilator hielp nauwelijks.

Mooie lokatie, maar meer ook niet.

De lokatie was top! Weg oversteken en je stond op het strand. Authentieke sfeer met hier en daar (slechte) renovaties. Personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk.

Het restaurant was niet onder controle. De eerste avond hebben we daar gegeten en rende het personeel als kip zonder kop rond. Het eten zelf was matig. De tweede avond wilde we alleen een dessert en wat drinken, maar dat mocht niet van de baas! Alleen als we een volledig maaltijd zouden nemen mochten we blijven zitten. De reden: personeelstekort. Na aangegeven te hebben dat we hotelgasten waren mochten we in de lobby wat drinken en een dessert bestellen. Dat vonden wij een beetje raar en niet erg gastvrij.

Proximité de la plage et du memorial canadien. Restauration possible à l hôtel midi et soir. Possibilité de se restaurer autour de celui-ci. Vous pouvez trouver un bowling billard et cinéma accolé. Petit déjeuner copieux. Thé café chocolat, pain au chocolat madeleine croissant salade de fruit jambon jus d'orange, etc... Le choix est complet.

Les bruits de porte de couloir qui claque parce que les gens ne sont pas respectueux.
