Sehr gute Lage, unweit der Sassis. Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Es gab einen Frühstücksgutschein für eine nahegelegene Bar.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Ferienhaus,sondern um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß.Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz kann man in der Umgebung finden, da die Unterkunft im eingeschränkten Bereich liegt und parken deshalb nicht erlaubt .Frühstück ist in der Nähe möglich. z.B. Caffè Schiuma, Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Matera sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Verhalten des Vermieters nach dem Aufenthalt hat mich sehr geärgert.
ACHTUNG: Der Vermieter versucht doppelt Geld abzubuchen! Obwohl ich einen gültigen Kreditkartenbeleg für die erfolgte Zahlung hatte, wurde versucht nochmals an meine Kreditkartendaten zu kommen die ich per Whatsapp übermitteln sollte. Es wurde geschrieben " Es wird der Behörde übergeben" Weiterhin wurde bei Booking angegeben,daß ich die Unterkunft ohne Bezahlung verlassen habe. Dies natürlich erst eine Woche später!!!!!
