Perfect location for old city, metro, buses, the city gardens and fab restaurants.

Hotel where you can't get any sleep 😢

• The staff try to resolve issues quickly and respond to guests' requests. • Comfortable bed, the mattress is good - it would be pleasant to sleep here under normal conditions. • Large apartments, lots of space, not cramped. • Beautiful view from the balcony, especially pleasant in the morning and evening.

• The room was very cold; we covered ourselves with pillows to try to keep warm. We also found a blanket on top of the wardrobe, but it had no duvet cover, so we couldn’t use it. • The climate control didn't work; it was impossible to adjust the temperature. • Sound carries very well; at night and during the day neighbors slam doors, and all conversations are easily heard. If you arrive at night, you won't be able to sleep during the day because of the constant noise. It is stated on Booking that the room has soundproofing, but in reality there is none. • The renovation was done hastily. In the photos it looks nice; in real life - not so much. In conclusion: I did not like it. In this hotel it is impossible to get any sleep because of the noise and the cold.

Great location, massive bed, clean and welcoming

Massive bed with a choice of three pillows so there's a chance that one of the pillows will work for you. The sound insulation was great and perfect for a night of uninterrupted sleep. Very clean and modern, centrally located, and welcoming and professional staff.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste but that is really personal. The toilet paper was perhaps not as good as I would expect from such a good hotel. Nothing apart from those minor details.

Great hotel!

The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The room itself was also spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower cabin — a great combination! The location was perfect, right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location near everything.

It was a little noisy at night, on Friday and Saturday. The wine we had in the bar was not very good , but we paid a lot.

Nice but room for improvement

Bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. Great location close to buses and subways as well as walking distance to a few touristic hot spots.

Staff rather inattentive. Although the room was super clean when we arrived, it didn’t feel like it was properly vacuumed each day and I think the towels weren’t changed during our stay.

Not a negative but this hotel doesn’t have any hotel facilities and is more like apart hotel. There is small reception area and small area for breakfast. No bar thats comfy to relax and chill in. We got good rate €120per room per night but wouldn’t stay if at higher price point.

Elegant and comfortable

Boutique hotel decorated with elegance. Contemporary and clean furniture. Everything looks brand new. The entrance has marvelous white marble floor, as well as the stairs. Staff is super friendly and solicit. Room at the back of the building is quiet. There is plenty of space in the room. Bathroom has a very practical and long counter top. Excellent shower. Matress and linen are good quality.

The desk for work is small. Airco is set just to heat during Valencia 'winter' time. It is necessary to open the window to cool the room down.

Superb and stylish hotel

Very beautiful and confortable place to stay. The entrance has amazing white marble floor. Every detail is impecably well taken care. Decoration contemporary and clean. High ceiling. They gave me a quiet back room, so I could work peacefully.

Temperature is controlled by reception. There is no way to cool down during the time they consider 'winter time' in Valencia. The solution is to turn off the airco and open the window to make it cooler.

Perfect Location, modern and quiet hotel

Hotel is in the best part of Valencia, close to nice restaurants and bars and great boutiques if someone likes shopping. Room was clean and modern, bed huge although a bit short. We asked for quiet room and it was quiet indeed , located on 5th flor and facing the courtyard.

The staff were really lovely, very friendly and super helpful. They gave me great advice about the city, how to get around, where things were etc. They also recommend Bar X for tapas which I ate at twice, it was so good! I loved the location of the hotel too, lovely, upmarket area and near some really nice, bars, shops and restaurants and easy access to the rest of the city and public transport.

I was missing a bottle opener in my room and I never got given one to keep, which was slightly annoying, I had to use one and give it back. Also for the price of the room it would have been great to have a bathrobe and slippers and maybe more useful items, such as razor pack, shower cap, toothpaste etc. Also I found it very hard to control the temperature in the room, it seemed the same the whole time, quite cold, no matter what I did! But the temperature in the corridor on my floor (floor 5) was boiling! Finally, as my room was cold I had to use two duvets which were on top of the wardrobe, but they were not in duvet covers.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. The stuff is super friendly and always helpful. Location is amazing. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. We got 2 rooms and stayed for 10 days, and it was a great choice for a long stay.

We loved everything except a few things : 1. would be great to have a complimentary bottle of water every day, not only upon arrival. It’s a very small compliment and I think, the hotel should have provided it, especially considering a very hot weather outside. 2. So weird was not having a toilet brush in the bathroom. It’s just a basic hygiene tool that must be in each bathroom. 3. Cleaning wasn’t perfect, sometimes we still had dirty spots left on the floor or on furniture after the cleaning or the coffee cups weren’t washed. Except that, everything’s else was amazing. I would still choose this hotel for my next trip to Valencia:) just would be great for the hotel to consider these small details!:)
