Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The beds were just right. The room was amazing. The whole inviting feel when you come in. I love that all your beach needs were supplied by the owner. This is for sure worth the whole stay. The entire family loved it.

The property is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. It's only a few minutes from the beach. Location is perfect, we enjoyed our family vacation and will be back!

The condo was perfectly clean, which is very important to me! The carpet seems to be fairly new. The beds were comfortable. I read a previous post stating master bed was hard but I disagree. Also read a previous post about tub in master not draining well. It drains fine, just make sure the stopper is all the way up! The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!

Overall the condo was very clean/comfortable and met our needs.
We enjoyed the close location to the beach within a few minutes walking distance. The fitness center was really nice and a definite added bonus!
Only recommendations are to replace the very worn/stained bedroom carpets.
The kitchen needs some updating too. There was an issue with the faucet leaking that had to be replaced during our stay plus the disposal was original and would leak.
