The renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball right on its grounds. You can either walk or ride the free tram to the white-sand beach, and dine each evening at one of the two on-site restaurants. The shops, restaurants, and attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, and the tranquil walking trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park await four miles east.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was AMAZING! The pictures accurately showed the home! It was clean, well stocked and comfortable! The shuttle service was top tier when going to and from the beach with loads of things. Speaking of… the home came with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, fishing poles! So much! It was indeed helpful for a fun day on the beach. The property was tucked off and quiet yet close to Destin’s activities. Will definitely be back to this location.

Everything about this room and property was perfect. Property was clean, shuttles were quick, and beach was not too crowded. Definitely will stay again.

I enjoyed the location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the resort was nice. The unit needs some updating. Linens were very thin, we were quite cold at night, no blankets just thin coverlets. The beds were uncomfortable. The side door to the balcony in the primary bedroom wouldn’t open, seemed to be salt rusted shut. There was no internet and no modem to be found. I called Vacasa and was advised to use the internet from a different unit. All in all could have been much better with simple updates.
