Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not collecting seashells on the beach, you can dine at two on-site restaurants, take a quick drive or bike ride to Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or spend an afternoon hiking in the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We come here every year, 2nd time booking this room and absolutely love it. Updated modern unit, Very clean, well stocked, super comfy bed and Tops’l resort is just 10/10. Property well maintained, free beach shuttle, hot tub, lots of amenities. If you’re still reading this just book it already!

My husband and I have been coming to tops’l for our beach vacations since we were 18 and dating. This year makes a decade that we have been returning!

Tops'l is a lovely property - lots of amenities and the beach was amazing. This particular unit, however, needs updating. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were almost impossible to sleep on. My daughter slept on the couch instead. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The master bathroom had mold in it, particularly around the handle to turn the water on - so would be easy to clean. If those things are fixed, then the condo would be nice to use. With regard to Vacasa which manages this property - check in was easy and through them, we had access to all amenities. On the last night that we were to be there (Friday - were scheduled to leave on Saturday), we received a notification that there was a water leak in the building and the water would be turned off until further notice. We spoke to the workers around 2 pm and were told that it was going to be a long time before anything could be turned back on. Because of the water issue (no bathrooms, no water in kitchen), we decided to leave early instead of staying through the next day. We asked Vacasa to refund us for the night, as we left late afternoon. Vacasa would only refund us $63 stating that we only had to leave 5 hours earlier than scheduled (which of course was not true). I would not use any property managed by Vacasa again.
