Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying at our place at The Summit. The place was beautiful, as described on the website, clean and everything was in place from linens to kitchen items. The communication was the best I have ever had when renting. One bathroom had a slightly torn shower curtain upon arrival and a little water would back up in the tub when you ran the shower for a while. When I contacted the host with VACASA, they were on top of it and willing to get someone their immediately to take care of it. We declined them coming to fix the small issue since it was just my wife and I and we were only staying for a couple days. It was so nice having a company put such a premium on customer service. We will definitely be back and use VACASA agin.

The master bedroom and living room view is stunning. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. Several pools to use. Easy beach access just a walk away. We will definitely try to book this place again.

Lovely condo. Wonderful amenities. Decorated beautifully. Excellent view. But… there are no bedspreads or blankets. This was a huge problem. We were cold. We turned up the heat, and then it was too hot. We would come back if this were fixed. Maybe this is a covid thing.
