The master suites is furnished with soothing coastal tones with a deluxe king bed with designer bedding. There is an ensuite bath with a combined shower/tub. Nice condo, great view. Had some problems with the sliding doors on the closets - rusty tracks stuck pretty bad. Ice maker worked good for first week and an half-very slow after. Bottom dishwasher rack- rolls very fast- like it’s going to roll out- it never did. Dryer vent clean out did not work well & was over full when we got there. Set was better than the place we were at the first month though. The Summit was clean, had a great pool/hot tub area & was very peaceful. Was not very happy with the pickleball- very expensive & not user friendly- did not know it was a pay court. So we found places to drive to so we could play. The putt putt was very nice, as was the basketball court. The owners were very nice & helpful though.

My boy and I decided to come down for a short beach trip before Thanksgiving. Could not have asked for better weather the past days we stayed here. Ocean was perfect and the room was awesome. Great views and plenty to do. No crowds. Great stay .
