You can hop on the free tram to reach the beach, head less than a mile north to Grand Boulevard, take in the many attractions of Baytowne Wharf two miles north, or spend your days hiking through Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

We had the most wonderful stay in 1006B the condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony and master bedroom we’re breathtaking! It was my self, husband, and two teen girls. It was only a 5 minute walk to the private beach for Tops’L guests, but you will get a welcome packet that has a # to call for the golf cart shuttle if you have several beach things. It is a gated resort and you have access to several pools, tennis courts, putt putt golf, gym, and a few eating places onsite. We will be looking to rent this condo again in the future!

This unit is decorated beautifully! It is also spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Has an awesome view!
Our only issue was the stove & some things the kitchen was lacking. The oven was not level and didn’t heat up evenly. We cook a good amount on vacation and the kitchen is beautiful but needs better silverware, salt, pepper, oven mitts, etc.
It would also be nice to have some patio furniture instead of just two chairs on the balcony. We love to sit out on the balcony and having only 2 chairs and no end table made that difficult.
Overall, the until is still great! Would absolutely recommend it!
