The Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a beloved property in Miramar Beach, offering indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, two restaurants, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on its grounds. You can walk or take the tram to the beach, stroll along the property's nature trails, or head just east to explore beautiful Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. You'll also be only two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, seven miles east of Destin Commons, and a few minutes' drive from more than a dozen area golf courses.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
