Freshly renovated and elegantly furnished in beautiful, neutral tones, this ninth-floor condo at Tops'l Summit offers a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico, the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and the shoreline of Miramar Beach. Bring the newspaper outside to the balcony each morning, take an easy walk (or a free tram ride) to the white-sand beach, and come home to such wonderful resort amenities as pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and on-site restaurants.
This condo is part of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, a spacious resort property with grounds that contain indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a steam room and sauna, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, or walking the surrounding nature trails, you'll be less than a mile south of Grand Boulevard, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and two miles east of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our seven night family vacation was extremely enjoyable. Tops’l is just the right location for us. Primary bedroom mattress and sofa sleeper could use an upgrade. Staff was wonderful and condo was well stocked and clean. This is our second summer in a row at Tops’l and we would recommend it to friends. I

We love TOPS'L and staying on the 9th floor offers an amazing view in a great location. Even just chilling in suite 912 is great because of that views can be seen from the entire living area (living room, kitchen and dining room) and the main bedroom. The beds are super comfortable and having a living room and a full kitchen is awesome.
On this trip, we took advantage of the TOPS'L location and its free amenities. Playing mini gulf, using the basketball court, the gym, the indoor/outdoor pool.
