Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was perfect in this house. It was close to the beach and the other amenities would definitely stay here again

This condo was clean, convenient, comfortable, and fit our needs. We had access to a pool nearby and another next to the beach (within walking distance). If you call a shuttle they can take you to the beach, but was sometimes delayed due to taking other guests around the property. We walked a few times which took about 6min. We liked the property and will stay again.

Our family of six stayed here and it was perfect. Having two beds in the second bedroom made it easy to share. The condo was a lot bigger than we anticipated, and made for a great trip. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, and the beach was about a 5 minute walk. We stayed here for the Destin baseball tournament. Highly recommend.
