Step out onto your private balcony to soak in views the nature preserve, and spend your days swimming in the resort's pools, relaxing in the hot tub, and strolling on the white-sand beach.

This condo is part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, the grounds of which feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive gym, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. To reach the beach, you can easily walk on the resort's paths or hop on board the free tram service. Just beyond the resort, you'll find Grand Boulevard less than a mile north, Baytowne Wharf two miles north, and over a dozen renowned golf courses within a short drive.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
