No keys needed. Key code was great. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient to have washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have 3 quick working elevators. Loved close proximity to beach.
Tops'l resort is starting to show its age. Disappointed that there are no chairs on beach for renters. Also, not many amenities available without vacasa booking. Unit 403 has a toilet in guest bath that doesn't quit flushing if you don't lift handle. Also, we killed a large cockroach in unit. It would have been nice to have a pullout bed in living room. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

I did not like the view from the balcony or the fact that we could never get a trolley to take us to the beach. the commode was broken in one bathroom and never saw a staff member
