Spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the balcony, walking or riding the free tram to the sugar-sand beach, and enjoying use of the resort's swimming pools, hot tub, and tennis and workout facilities.
Here at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll have on-site access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a well-appointed gym, a steam room and sauna, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There are two on-site restaurants, a variety of walking paths, and a free tram that leads to the beach as well. If you're looking to do a bit of shopping, head less than a mile north to Grand Boulevard, two miles north to Baytowne Wharf, or two miles west to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You'll also be an easy drive from more than a dozen renowned golf courses in the area.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo has plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. The living room furniture is nice. and comfy. The kitchen has everything we needed . The best part was that the beach was not crowded even thought it was spring break.

We enjoy our stay at the Summit 701. The room was very nice and clean. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the corner unit. The sunrise was exceptional and the balcony was very nice in the morning to warm up and start the day. The kids enjoyed their room and the resort amenities. We would highly recommend to any and all.

The condominium was nice, clean and spacious, only the bathroom needs more deep cleaning, the only thing I did not like is that the pools that are near the beach, the water was dirty, the water needs to be changed more often because there are a lot of people who uses that pool the one on the beach and there is also no hot tub 😞 . The condo that we got I think the price was very high because it was not in front of the beach, we had to walk a lot to get to the beach, I think they should give a cheaper price to those who are not on the beach. If you book at the summit area you will walk a lot.. I stayed at the 701 summit area
