This recently renovated condo comes with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, a private balcony, and fantastic resort access to swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and the sugar-sand beaches that the Emerald Coast is famous for.
As part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive fitness facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can easily walk to the beach or use the free tram service, and come home to find two on-site restaurants on the resort grounds. Outside of Tops'l, you'll find all the action of Grand Boulevard less than a mile north, the many attractions of Baytowne Wharf two miles north, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park a quick drive east.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family of four had a great time staying here. The unit was nice and clean and a short 6/8 minute walk to the beach /pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the king size bed. The kitchen had every thing your needed.

We loved it, it was great. One of the first time that the pictures are real! We are tired of making reservations based on the photos and once there it all looks worse. This time, it was really as in the picture, which is great. All worked ok.
The only reason I put cleanliness 4 stars is, NONE of it is a big deal, just suggestions for improvements...:
1. one of the towels had some hair in it, they sent us new ones almost immediately.
2. I could not find any more garbage bags...we did not ask, though, we used supermarket bags
3. Also no stock of toilet paper....I guess we should have asked, would be nice to have a stock of rolls in the closet or bathroom
Another thing which could be better...the beach rental take up almost all of the beach...there should be more room to put our own tents. I understand it is their business, but we are already paying significant money for the property which should include beach usage...in order to put up our own shade we needed to walk about 100 yards to the side...anyway, not a big deal but it was a little inconvenience.
But, at the same time, we liked the kind of "private" beach since there was no close public access, it was never too crowded.
Overall, we will definitely come back, we loved our stay, the location is just great, the beach is close and great, pools are great, just in front of dining and shopping options, and a short drive to Destin downtown.
