Welcome to House 022!
A lovely vacation home for up to seven people (87 m²) with a south-facing terrace featuring an awning, a large table, and two lounge chairs. You’ll enjoy views of the Alpine panorama. Up to three dogs are also welcome in this home. This large, south-facing corner townhouse is centrally located in the vacation village. The reception desk and restaurant are within easy reach. The house can accommodate up to 7 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Kitchen (tiled floor)
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils.
Living/Dining Room (vinyl flooring)
The bright and cheerfully furnished living room invites you to make yourself at home. The very large corner sofa with a pull-out sleeper seat offers space for all guests. A flat-screen TV and radio/stereo system are also included in this home’s amenities. From the living room, you have direct access to your terrace with an awning. You’re welcome to grill using your own grill. The adjacent dining area provides plenty of space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For younger vacationers, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a toboggan run where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The charming vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
