Die Lage und die einfache Schlüsselüber - und Abgabe. Und die Grundausstattung.
Der Geschirrspüler schleift beim Öffnen an der Wand. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten nicht die Wandfliesen zu zerkratzten. Kein Abwaschlappen. Nicht ein Insektenschutzgitter in den 2 Fenster. Jede Nacht mit Mücken und Fliegen kämpfen. Und jeden Früh mit Motten und Spinnen aufwachen ist echt nicht schön.
