Nice location, we really liked the village around. the appartement is quite spacious and quiet

Pillows were too big and uncomfortable. Kitchen is not very well equipped and the stove was too old and difficult to use.

Very clean and spacious apartment with a great view overlooking the mountains from the balcony.

Even though the balcony from apartment 6A is south facing, there is basically no sun (except around 3PM in summer) because it is blocked by trees and the other apartments. This was slightly disappointing.

Easy communication, easy to obtain keys. Apartment was clean and spacious.

We had to bank transfer deposit and the remaining amount which i was not comfortable with. We negotiated and i transferred 50% and the rest paid in cash once we got there which was great.

The hob was old and the ring indicators missing from 3 of the dials so difficult to know which ring was on or the temperature - needs replacing. Wifi was dreadful.

Herrliche Woche in einer schönen Wohnung

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Gaststätten sind einfach per Fuß zu erreichen.

Der Hof war sehr vereist, vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft etwas besser den Schnee entfernen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Eine Ferienwohnung wie man sie sich wünscht und auch bekommen hat.

Nicht in jeder Fewo üblich - 2 Zimmer, unterteilt in Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und Schlafzimmer, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso die vorgefundene Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie die kostenfreien Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem beauftragten Hausmeisterehepaar sind besonders hervorzuheben.

wenig Sonnenlicht in der Wohnung,miserable Fernsehmöglichkeiten aufgrund von Programmeinschränkung auf nur einen öffentlich rechtlichen Sender. In der Küche wären einige scharfe d.h. gut schneidende Messer von Nutzen!

Verweilen mit traumhaftem Bergblick

Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge in dieser Unterkunft und haben zudem die perfekte Woche Wetter mitgenommen. Das Haus zeichnet sich, meiner Meinung nach, durch eine herausragende Lage aus von der man, ohne irgendwohin fahren zu müssen, gleich los spazieren kann. Je nach Wohnung, welche bezogen wird, hat man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf den Breitenberg und/oder Kienberg. Die Wohnungen sind voll ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen was man so braucht. Auf Wunsch kann man sich auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu buchen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist traumhaft! Zudem gibt es einen Brötchenservice, den wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Für den Zeitvertreib gibt es ein Spielzimmer für die ganze Familie mit Kicker, Tischtennisplatte sowie jede Menge Brett- und Gesellschaftsspiele. Wenn man nach einem langen Tag entspannen will, meldet man sich einfach rechtzeitig für die Sauna oder das Dampfbad an, welches sich im Keller befindet. 5 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Restaurant in dem wir bis jetzt noch nie enttäuscht wurden. Gute bayrische Küche und für jeden was dabei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls zu genüge in direkter Umgebung.

Die Küchenmesser könnten mal nachgeschliffen werden und die Matratzen etwas härter sein, aber das ich meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Contact (diverse keren) met de verhuurder opgenomen maar de verhuurder nam daarna GEEN contact met ons op. Blijkbaar niet belangrijk. Keuken erg klein. Magnetron en koffieapparaat staan in de woonkamer de eettafel.

Schöne Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze verfügbar, Wohnung sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung hat leider nach Rauch gerochen, vor allem im Bad. Die Kissen waren nicht sehr bequem aber das mag subjektiv sein.

Manchmal sind andere Gäste Schweine. Andere Hundebesitzer haben Nachts ihren Hund auf unsere Terrasse kacken lassen (3x) ohne sich um die Hinterlassenschaften zu kümmern. Dartscheibe nicht brauchbar

Das alles sehr unkompliziert und einfach war. Die Betten und die Ausstattung in der Küche sind super. Parkplatz vorm Haus und Hobbyraum im Keller auch mega praktisch.
