Perfect location with small "issues".

8 day vacation with wife and two kids (4yo & 1yo). - First of all, I have been travelling around the world, but never I have had faced a situation, that I would like to buy a second house somewhere.... Not before this. Pfronten is a sanctuary! You have a small village in the middle of a mountains and nothing but beautiful nature and peace and quietness around you. The location is exceptional. Everything is pretty near and during our vacation we traveled to Innsbruck, Fussen, Liechtenstein, Appenzell, Legoland and Garmisch-Partenkirchen etc. The longest drive was to Liechtenstein and it was less than 2hr drive, so it was perfect location to travel around the Tirol and Bavaria. - Sandra..... What can I say.... What a lady <3. Everything with her worked absolutely perfectly. I could talk about her for ages, but no need to. The owner is fantastic! - EV car charger, perfect. - Appartment was pretty much spottless. Recently renovated and as clean as can be. - 2 bedroom appartment with the ridiculously large balcony, where every single morning our kids did nothing but stare the cows next to the building. Balcony is so large that kids can securely play around and patents don't need to fear that they fall from it. - View from the balcony. - View from the balcony. - Did I already mentioned the view from the balcony?! - Thick walls, so couldn't hear a thing during night time. - Bread service is very convenient and we used that several times. - Kids loved the swimming pool. - Laundry possibility (not private) - Playroom for the kids downstairs. Thank you Sandra. It was a perfect vacation. We will definitely come back one day.

- There was ongoing renovation that we didn't know of, but this didn't have any affect to as at all. Just a point out to Sandra that If our appartment would have been downstairs, maybe it could have disturbed as a bit, We think that it would be polite to inform If there is ongoing renovation. However, as I mentioned, this didn't affect us at all. - Kitchen. So this a bit 50/50. As a family, we would have liked to have a bit more dishes (plates, forks, spoons etc.). - Kitchen was also lacking some basic machines and as a parent, we would have liked to have a microwave to warm some of the foods for kids a bit easierly. - Cooking pan is miserable, so I would definitely recommend to upgrade that one. - Since we are from Finland, we would have wanted to have a proper coffee machine, rather than capsule. - The appartment doesn't have aircon, which is quite pitty. We were completely fine, since temperature during night time was around 15 degrees, so we just kept the door open. Would be different case during hot summer. - TV is pretty much useless. Doesn't have any "smart" features, so we would recommend for upgrading that. HOWEVER! This was not a problem for us, since we didn't came to watch TV, but just something to think about if you don't have a tablet and kids want to watch some cartoons at morning. - Bathroom. Floor wiper! It cost only few eurod and it would be very handy to have especially, since The appartment doesn't have underfloor heating in the bathroom. - Just as a note, the pool is not for young kids. The pool dept is around 1.5m. When you have as amazing place as this is, there really isn't any major issues (as you can see above). All the "negative" things that I mentioned where more or less preferencies and something to make family life a bit more convenient.

Excellent apartment very comfortable in a quiet area , owner was fantastic with tips on where to eat and go and also arrange a bread delivery every morning .couldn’t do enough. Parking for the car was great.

Not really a dislike apartment we had faced north so no sun on the balcony ,but on the other side of that in the hot weather we had, the apartment was kept cool.

We would love to come back again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Sandra was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our teenagers loved the pool and being able to sun bathe on the balcony. Parking was right at the property which was great. The washer and dryer are shared by the 8 apartments but it was never a problem to get laundry done.

We worden heel netjes ontvangen. Prachtig en schoon appartement. Heerlijk zwembad. Alles was aanwezig van handdoek tot aan badjas in het appartement. Broodjes lagen voor de deur iedere ochtend. Echt top! Een absolute aanrader.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr hundefreundlich - das Schwimmbad war toll, Sauna haben wir leider nicht genutzt - aber die Infrarotkabine 🙂 Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 👍☺️

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Top sauberer Wellnessbereich. Sauna wurde auf Anfrage eingeschaltet. Die Infrarotliegen und Schwimmbad konnte jederzeit benützt werden. Handtücher waren im Wellnessbereich vorhanden. Badenäntel lagen auf den Betten bereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit empfehlen

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente el alojamiento, sus instalaciones, la ubicación, el SPA con la piscina interior, y unas vistas alucinantes a las montañas desde nuestra terraza. Nuestra anfitriona nos ayudó en todo momento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cuestión que se planteaba. Aparcamiento gratuito y sin problema en la propia puerta del establecimiento. Recomendable 100%

Hier lässt es sich selbst bei Regen aushalten

Moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Größe. Sehr schön eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Viel Stauraum, sodass man nicht ständig über die eigenen Sachen stolpert. Tolle Aussicht. Die Außensauna ist ein echtes Highlight. Auch von dort hat man einen ganz tollen Blick! Wir waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub, obwohl wir einige Regentage hatten - die Unterkunft hat vieles Wett gemacht.

Einzig das Spielzimmer könnte noch eine etwas liebevollere Gestaltung vertragen. Es ist absolut nutzbar, aber im Vergleich zur restlichen Anlage nicht ganz so schön.

Forlænget weekend, dejlig vandring og hygge med venner i Pfronten.

Centralt beliggende, moderne og lyst indrettet lejlighed, med højt til loftet og rigelig plads til 2. Super venlig vært, der svarede hurtigt og tog godt imod os, fin service med bestilling af brød dagen cør, der så leveres om morgenen - det var skønt.

Vi havde en lejlighed mod nord, men parkeringspladsen som udsigt, det var ikke så hyggeligt når vi sad og spiste, men fungerede fint.

Die Aussicht, die Lage der Wohnung ist Top vorausgesetzt man hat eine Wohnung mit Bergblick.

Der WLAN Empfange in unserer Wohnung war Mangelhaft. Und uns hat eine Infomappe gefehlt in der informiert wird was das Haus bietet, z.B. ob man das E-Bike irgendwo aufladen kann oder dass im Spielzimmer ein Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte stehen.

Schöner Aufenthalt inkl. Spa-Bereich

Zentrale Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, schöner Bergblick vom Südbalkon, Sauna/Spa-Bereich sehr schön und sauber (Nutzung nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung für die Dauer von 1,5 h pro Tag möglich), schöne große geräumige Wohnung (bietet genügend Platz für 2 Personen und 2 Hunde), Kontakt mit Gastgeberin über WhatsApp lief immer problemlos.

Zwar schneller, unkomplizierter Austausch per WhatsApp mit Gastgeberin, jedoch fehlte uns die Gastfreundlichkeit und ein Gefühl der Herzlichkeit und des "Willkommen-Seins" , da der Kontakt sehr unpersönlich war. Auch der Check-Out ohne persönlichen Kontakt und ohne die Nachfrage, ob alles i.O. war und ob wir zufrieden waren. Lediglich Whats-App mit Kontodaten zur Überweisung Kurtaxe etc. Wer die typisch bayrische Gastfreundlichkeit sucht wird hier nicht fündig. Badezimmer: Zu kleines Waschbecken, Fön nicht wirklich leistungsstark, aus hygienischen Gründen wäre ein Kosmetikeimer mit Deckel im Bad wünschenswert, anstatt eines Putzeimers. Nutzung Waschmaschine/Trockner: Es ist schön, dass beides zur Verfügung steht, allerdings waren Waschmaschine + Trockner während unseres Aufenthaltes gefühlt 24/7 in Benutzung und somit die meiste Zeit nicht verfügbar.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage; Toll dass es eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad gab, um an schlechten Tagen eine gute Alternative zuhaben.

-Spa-Bereich mit einem Pool und zwei Saunen (eine Indoor mit 60°C und eine Outdoor mit 90°C). Die Outdoor-Sauna bietet Bergblick. -Im Spa-Bereich gibt es genug Handtücher. -Moderne große Appartements. -Balkon -Spielzimmer mit Tischkicker, Tischtennis und weiteren Spielen. -Aufenthaltsraum mit Bergblick -Gratis Parkplatz -Voll ausgestattete Küche im Appartment -Langlaufloipe direkt neben den Haus -Kellerraum für Skiausrüstung -Mehrere (kleine) Skigebiete in der Nähe

Zwei Dinge könnten verbessert werden: 1. Der Pool ist etwas kalt. 2. Es gibt zwar zwei Saunen, doch wenn man sie nutzen will, dann muss man mindestens zwei Stunden davor Bescheid sagen, damit die Vermieterin genug Zeit hat die Sauna anzuschalten. Es wäre komfortabler, wenn man die Sauna selbst einschalten könnte (z. B. mit Zeitschaltuhr). Außerdem darf man die Sauna nur einmal am Tag nutzen.
