Welcome to our cozy second-floor attic apartment, which offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features warmly decorated rooms and is located in a farmhouse with an authentic exposed-beam structure.
The living and dining area is modern and newly designed, equipped with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with two stovetop burners, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom. Parking is available directly at the house.
On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets (dogs only) are allowed for a fee of €5 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of €2.40 per person per night will be charged separately on-site.
