EVERETHING (location, parking, apartments, rooms, smart TV, beds ... etc.) was excellent, except for 2 notes: the keys on arrival - it's not convenient to call until arriving and receiving the keys in the office located in Füssen, machines for washing and drying should be in the apartment, according to the description indicated in the booking.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt (3 von 7 Tagen ohne Heizung bei starkem Dauerfrost),
Die Penthouse Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Betten sind bequem, viel Platz, lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir waren vom 3.-10.1.da. vom 4.-6. ging die Heizung nicht. 3 Tage in beiden Etagen bei nachts -15 Grad, Tags -5 Grad. Der Monteur bekam es irgendwann in den Griff (Heizung entlüftet, Pumpe defekt), aber wir waren kurz vor Abbruch des Urlaubs. Schlafen in Thermo Skisachen, Wärmflasche.. Die Frage nach Ermäßigung auf den gezahlten Preis würde abgelehnt! Begründung ist nicht nachvollziehbar... Zudem wurde in der Buchung von der "Gäste - Königscard" gesprochen, auch bei Schlüsselübergabe! Wir bekamen eine "Pfrontencard", die praktisch nutzlos ist. Es gab nur ein "Entschuldigung", die Mail wäre automatisiert und nicht auf unsere Wohnung bezogen! Wie soll man sich da fühlen?
