Our non-smoking apartment, built in 2023, is furnished to a high standard so you can feel right at home.
A spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen—made especially visually appealing by the natural stone—makes you want to cook! The dining set stands out for its design and comfort. Two sofas and solid wood furniture enhance the cozy atmosphere.
Two bedrooms (each with one 180x200 double bed) made of solid oiled oak complete the picture. For the 5th and 6th guests, the sofa in the living area can be easily converted into a 180-wide bed with a mattress and slatted frame. All bedrooms and living areas can be darkened.
A special highlight for relaxation is the custom-designed sauna. The bathroom is spacious. The balcony with a view of the mountains invites you to linger.
In the garage, you have the option to use the wallbox for a fee; it also provides shelter for your bicycles, ski gear, etc.

On-site fees: Payment is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of €50 per stay (cleaning fee). A baby bed can be provided free of charge. The tourist tax of €2.40 per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. The tourist tax of €1.50 per person (ages 7–15) per night will be charged additionally on site. Additional fees: A charge of 10€ applies each time the sauna is heated. A fee of €5.00 is charged per wash cycle. A fee of €5.00 is also charged per dryer cycle.
