Lovely apartment, stunning view, but disappointing check-out experience

The apartment was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It had a spacious living room and a small but well-equipped kitchen that perfectly suited our needs. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the bathroom was modern. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. It was a bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

We really loved the apartment – it was beautiful, and we had hoped to return in the future. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note. During our travels, we’ve never been charged for a slightly late check-out (30–40 minutes), but here, unfortunately, we were. After we left, the owner called to say the apartment key was missing and not in the key box, so the cleaners couldn’t access the property. This led to some phone calls and explanations, and eventually the key was found – but the late check-out fee was still charged. We fully acknowledge that we left a bit later, but there were no cleaners waiting, and we would have left immediately if they had arrived. Overall, we found the owner’s approach a bit inflexible, which left us with a bitter feeling at the end of an otherwise lovely stay.

Good position, but dirty

I really enjoyed the view on the mountains, absolutely beautiful. The apartment is close to supermarket and bakery, it's a also 6 minutes by car far from the cable car and half an hour from Tannheim, where you can find amazing walks and lakes.

The place was quite outdated and not really clean. Kitchen tools were very dirty, the shower was also not OK, the towels were old and a bit broken. I also didn't like that the children bedroom has no door and it's just behind the kitchen. If you travel with a small baby that's not the best layout. The freezer was leaking water, quite an annoying problem to solve. The town has nothing special, it's also very busy with cars.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Alpen. Sehr gemütliches Apartment. Zentral gelegen, Tankstelle, Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. alles vor Ort.

Glück im Unglück!

Parkplatz vor Ort, Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Der Pin Code für den hinterlegten Schlüssel war falsch. Die Notwendige Kommunikation über das Telefon mit Booking war nicht möglich, da wir ca. 3x 20 Minuten in der Warteschleife warten mussten und dennoch niemand an Telefon bekamen. Wir versuchten es auch per Mail da kam auch keinen zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Da unser Sohn sehr gut englisch spricht haben wir uns mit einer englisch sprechenden Person in Verbindung setzen können die uns nach langer Zeit und interner Rücksprache mitteilen konnte, dass unser Pin Code falsch ist und sie hat uns den korrekten Code durchgeben können. Ohne unseren Sohn mit den guten Sprachkenntnissen in Englisch hätten wir die Heimreise antreten müssen. Wir mussten über 2 Stunden auf ein Ergebnis warten. Eine angemessene Entschädigung hierzu wäre angemessen war wir sonst nach Hause fahren müssten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Thomas Riehl

Aucune chambre et appartement 5 très bruyant.

L'emplacement et l'environnement

Dans l'appartement 5 il n'y aucune chambre (alors que c'est marqué 2 chambres sur le descriptif !!): un grand lit dans le salon salle à manger et des lits superposés dans la micro cuisine. L'appartement 5 est très bruyant car il est en face de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Donc on entend toutes les personnes qui rentrent tard dans la nuit et qui sortent tôt à partir de 7h00 du matin ☹️. L'hôte n'a pas voulu nous changer d'appartement.

L' appartamento con vista sulle montagne era bellissimo! Posizione strategica a pochi kilometri da Füssen. Il paesino di Pfronten veramente delizioso e dotato di tutti i servizi.

Es war okay

Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, die Kissen leider viel zu dick und knubbelig. Die Dusche war sehr bequem, die Küche ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung und die Wäsche waren sauber.

Es war sehr eng für 3 Erwachsene und es zog unter der Wohnungstür durch. Die Treppe zur Haustür war ziemlich glatt. Es war nachts frostig und neblig, so dass sich Raureif gebildet hat.
