Bavarian Holiday Hideaway

La casa, anche se piccola, è ben disposta e completa di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una zona comoda ma silenziosa e immersa nel verde. La palazzina è tipica e ben tenuta. L'appartamento ha un bel terrazzo vista montagna. Il bagno è nuovo con un'ampia doccia. In generale non ho trovato nulla che non andasse bene. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita.

A lovely apartment with stunning views of the Alps. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

Communication was disappointing. Although we received automated messages with the check-in information, the host never replied to our follow-up question.

Met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en op loopafstand van bakkerij, supermarkt, ijsjes en restaurants waren wij heel blij met dit appartement. We vonden een mooie route (max 15 minuten wandelen) door de velden/bossen en langs een rivier en speeltuin naar een leuke Biergarten (Gasthof Adler). Bij de supermarkt kan je goedkoop elektrisch laden (1 minuut lopen). De inrichting is misschien wat verouderd, maar de douche is super, de bedden zijn oké en alles is in het appartement aanwezig en schoon. De kinderen vonden de tafeltennisruimte in het souterrain erg fijn.

The location is excellent, parking was easy, and the views are stunning. It's a peaceful and quiet place.

The property is advertised on Booking.com as having two bedrooms, which is simply not true. The first "bedroom" is just a small alcove with a bunk bed intended for children and a wardrobe. It is definitely not suitable for two adults. Two people cannot even get dressed side by side in this tiny space, and it doesn't even have a door. The second "bedroom" is actually a multi-purpose living room. It has two single beds in one corner, a sofa bed in another, and a dining area in a third. It is also the only access to the balcony, so everyone has to walk through it. This layout is fine for a family with children, but it is not suitable for two older couples. I had already ruled out many other apartments because they honestly described themselves as having one bedroom and one living room. In the end, we ended up in exactly that type of accommodation, despite paying for what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment. Overall, this was a major disappointment.
