Apartment's owner Daria made excellent introduction and presented all spectrum of supportive information about local sightseeing, gastronomy, car parking (was relevant in our case), etc. Apartments was very cozy with all necessary equipment for comfortable vacation.

Everything was comfortable and easy, parking was available, and Daria was always in touch. Perfect!

We were looking for a place to escape reality – and we found exactly what we needed. Breathtaking views, a thunderstorm in the mountains, sunrise over the sea – truly unforgettable. The hosts took incredible care of us – 100% support and kindness throughout our stay. Pure joy! Thank you for this amazing experience.

The stairs could be a bit difficult for guests with mobility issues.

The view from the Terrace Bus stop very near

Communication with the manager was very bad. She simply ignored my messages or I had to insist several days to get an answer. Air conditioning didn’t work, first we had to wait 3 days to get a new remote control for the A/C. But even with it the A/C didn’t work. Sofa bed is of a very poor quality, it caused back pain. No electricity outlet in the kitchen Counter. Water Boiler has to be plugged on the Fluor. Besides it needed an adapter which was not available. Fortunately we brought one. Dishwasher was defect. I told the Manager about this but there was no reaction from her. To get to the apartment one has to walk 130 stairs-steps. For people in good physical condition this shouldn’t be a problem, otherwise it is challenging Apartment should be better cleaned.

Appartementr was not cleaned whe we arrived. Esthel promised us a discount for this circumstances. But she only promised it. I asked friendly but nothinmg happened.

Sicuramente ci tornerei

La posizione era ottima, sotto l'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus che in 15 minuti porta a Portovenere in un senso e in centro a La Spezia nella direzione opposta. La casa è attrezzata con tutto quel che può servire, non mancava davvero nulla.

Forse un po' troppe scale per raggiungerla, ma non è stato gravoso.
