Disappointed...

The size of the villa and rooms with its pool.

For a villa with this price tag we expected more. Cleanliness was below par. Blanket only provided when asked. Mosquitoes and ants everywhere etc. The road leading to the villa is most bumpy. Dont forget to bring your own international adaptor unless you are prepared to buy one there. Wine glasses provided only if you asked for it. No champagne glasses. No bench at the entrance to even wear your shoes. Some loose electrical points and the main tap lever at kitchen were not fixed. Call for Grab taxi yourself rather than rely on the recommendation of the villa caretaker as the price was 3x more. I would eat breakfast outside as opposed to them preparing it for you as the food is purchased from outside anyway except for the fried eggs but you will be charged many times over. It is amazing how much you are made to pay for what they see as convenience rather than providing the people who stay there the extra touch. I supposed many are trying to make up for the loss/hard times during the pandemic but many like us are prepared to pay provided the facilities and service are honest and good. In short, we are disappointed. It has some much potential if managed and run properly.
