- beautiful set up
- private pool
- friendly and attentive staff, very responsive at all times- helped with everything asked for
- good size
- mosquito repellent provided
- not the villas fault but the monkeys were difficult to deal with, entering into the outdoor living area was a bit worrying. Difficult to enjoy food/drink comfortably - perhaps could have higher fencing or more closed off?
- front door security a little flimsy - easy to move door
- property location quite far down the road - bit of a walk from the main road but location still central - was able to get a taxi when needed
- basic breakfast could be provided

Clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained
The monkeys are a problem and the neighbouring villa thought we all wanted to hear his Bollywood music. Staff should address music levels without other guests having to complain. It kinda ruined the serenity for us

Easy walking distance to busy parts of Ubud, but felt quiet & secluded. Loved the villa layout and private pool. Super comfortable bed. Onsite team are fantastic and breakfast served in villa was a welcome surprise, as was a visit from local monkeys.

The staff were excellent and the unit was cleaned every day by staff. The pool was very refreshing after a walk from town in the hot sun.
The Roster that crowed non stop early mornings to mid day, the dog barking mid afternoon every day and the Monkeys that visited savaging for food every morning.
The semi open villa didn’t feel secure.
The photos looked amazing when we booked for a 4 day stay but in reality the pool, the surrounding wall and patio really needs a water blast and redecorating
