There is a very steep stairs you have to walk through to get to the place. As its in Ubud and in middle of jungle so expect bugs and lizards but the staff kept it well away from the property. But if you put food on tables there will be ants gathered all of a sudden there. Place was nice and clean. Food options are very limited. They only offer 1 item for breakfast.

We had the most incredible time in this oasis in the jungle. From the care and attention to detail from the staff, beautiful surroundings and 5 star service. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to come back

I wasn’t expecting much since the hotel didn’t cost too much, but I was so surprised with the good service, beautiful breakfast included, great hand soap and body wash. The daily complimentary tea time made both my son and I, not wanting to leave the hotel room in the evening. The turn-down service came with complimentary facial mask, which helped my sun-burned face. The room came with bolsters too, which is extremely rare in hotels. We truely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The only disadvantage is the steep steps going up and down with the luggage. But it was easily solved when I asked the porter to help with the luggage. Do give them a WhatsApp prior to your arrival so that you don’t have to carry it up and down yourself. If you want total seclusion and enjoy being one with nature, this is the place for you. It’s serene but cut off from the madness of ubud Centre though taking a taxi or platform rides should easily solve the problem if you still need to make the trek to town. The steps are plenty around the place and may pose a difficulty to walk Up and down but for those who are fit it’s ok
