Absolutely everything!
The staff was exceptional & so so kind.

This is a beautiful resort, especially if you have one of the villas with its own private pool at the back of the property. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the facilities are good. The staff are very eager to please and food in the restaurant is good.
This place would get a perfect rating if it wasn’t for the communications with guests being a bit poor - partly this is due to the language barrier and while they try to anticipate your every need, sometimes they just don’t seem to understand what it is you want. The service in the restaurant is generally good but they are a bit disorganised and could benefit from a good Western-style maître-de providing oversight to waiting staff and ensuring they understand what customers actually want. The only other gripe was the noise from the nearby construction site that disturbed the peaceful environment during most of the day - while this is beyond their immediate control, they should be advising patrons of this at time of booking. Finally, there is a lot of steps in the place so you wouldn’t want to stay here if you are of limited mobility.
