The villa was stunning and so modern - perfect location in the city nearby many spots which great for tourists! Additionally to the free shuttle to the center that was so useful.

Towels could use an upgrade—were noticeably dirty and should ideally be replaced.

I visited the hotel with high expectations, as it was advertised as a 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of those expectations. The villa-style room came with a private pool, but the room was smaller than anticipated, and the pool was a circulation system type. While the bathroom, shower, and toilet were clean, the soundproofing was poor—so much so that I could clearly hear coughing from the neighboring room. This made it difficult to think of the space as a true villa. Breakfast was ordinary and unremarkable. Additionally, after making the reservation, I received a series of event and optional service advertisements through WhatsApp, which felt intrusive and annoying. On the other hand, the spa experience was excellent. The space was beautiful and relaxing, and the therapists’ skills were top-notch. The biggest disappointment was the New Year’s Eve dinner event, “Toast to the New Year,” held on December 31. The event promised a Mediterranean buffet, live acoustic music, and a fire dance performance, all of which sounded very appealing. However, in reality, there wasn’t a single Mediterranean dish, and there were no live music performances or fire dancing. No explanations were given for these absences. The atmosphere was more like a staff lounge than a restaurant, with no other guests in attendance. The experience didn’t justify the price, and it was deeply disappointing. After several discussions with the staff, they eventually waived the dinner fee. However, the fact that the hotel organized and hosted such an event in the first place made me question their standards and pride as a 5-star establishment. I had been looking forward to spending a special evening, but the reality was far from what I had hoped for. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

A hidden gem in Bali

I had the best days in this hotel I booked the private pool villa named sandat, really great experience everything is top notch ,the staff , the service and the welcoming especially Mr.Mayun really accommodated to everything I needed . This hotel is a real gem in Bali I recommend it to anyone and everyone coming to Bali . The breakfast and the spa provided by this hotel is of amazing quality . Honestly enjoyed Adiwana Suweta whole heartedly.

I recently stayed at Suweta Villa Ubud and it was pleasantly impressed. The villa offers exceptional spacious rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. The highlight is the private pool area, which is perfect for relaxing or taking a swim in complete privacy. The bathroom is a real treat, featuring a large bathtub with direct access to the pool, allowing for a nice satisfying view that surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. It feels like a peaceful retreat and the hotel also boasts a top notch spa and a well-equipped fitness room, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Staffs are extremely nice and professional. They are willingly to help us out with everything we needed and that was more than expected. Whether you’re looking to unwind or enjoy some top-tier vacation, I strongly recommended this place.
