I absolutely loved hearing the sound of flowing water from the river outside the villa. The villa was a little out of Ubud town but a quick 5 minute scooter ride away. Felt like our own little oasis.
We rented the villa for a family of 7. It would have been nice to have a tv or projector in the main area or somewhere outside so the family could chill together later in the evening or when it’s raining instead of having to go to seperate rooms.

Pool water is not clean, they are put some chemical things in the pool, our kids skins are allergies from the pool water

The size and the up keep of the villa. Clean and well maintained.
No aircond in the common area which make it abit warm to be there.

This was a magnificent villa. It truly felt like a high-end resort holiday. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the outdoor areas the swimming pool and the private suites. It was perfect for exploring Ubud. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were excellent. We hired the private chef for breakfast one morning, which was lovely.
The street that enters the villa is an extremely sharp right turn down a road with a poor surface and there was lots of debris on the side of the road so was a little offputting when we first arrived because we were wondering if we were in the right place. Also, the local drivers were unfamiliar with this road which was alarming at first. However, the location is very convenient and central and the collection of villas are outstanding. Once you reach the gate of the property.
