Villa Serenity by BaliSuperHost

Villa Serenity is an elegant 5 bedroom villa that makes for a perfect getaway property for groups of 6-10 people. It is located around 1 km east and then north of the Jl Raya Ubud & Jl Raya Andong intersection, around 30-40 minute walk from the town centre or 5-12 minute Grab ride depending on traffic. This is a great property for 3-4 night stays for groups looking for places around Ubud. The property has three levels, 3 bedrooms on the upper level, 2 more on the lower main level along with a relaxing indoor space which serves as a seating room, dining room and kitchen. There is a T-shaped infinity pool as well, large open space with lounge pool side seating. The villa also a lower level below the pool which includes a yoga shala. Bedrooms are nicely decorated with plenty of space, TV, safe, desk and nice bathrooms. Kitchen is nicely equipped for basic cooking and meal preparation. Kettle, Moka (coffee) pot, fresh water dispenser (hot, room temp. & cold), toaster, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a good supermarket called Delta Dewata around 1.25 km away on Jl Raya Andong to supply your kitchen. Property seems to include parking space for one vehicle just in front of the main villa gate. The road leading up entrance is very narrow and a bit windy for several hundred metres but local drivers including large vans for airport pickup had little trouble navigating. Butler and cleaning crew did a great job communicating with us on the regular and arranging times to arrive for villa cleaning and take care of any issues with the villa each day. Wifi worked just fine on 3 of the 4 days during our stay. Each bathroom and kitchen included recycling and organic waste containers. Bali Super Host offers tours, spa, private cooking and related service arrangement if needed. Villa Serenity was a very good experience for our party. Would gladly return for another stay here in the future.

Stunning Spacious Villa. The property was very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The villa manager Kantu was exceptional and answered any queries we had promptly. He organised in-house chefs to come and cook for us and in-house hot stone massage which was amazing (I can't recommend Joro enough). The staff were all lovely. The villa is very private, but a short trip to town. There is a lovely cafe Kalos which is a short walk down the road that makes fantastic coffee and is a great place for brunch. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing Ubud accommodation. Wayan (the villa manager was wonderful) along with the other 3 staff that were there for our arrival, with drinks etc. Views of Mount Agung from the pool area, yoga platform amongst the bamboo. Alsolutely immaculate property and axing staff who checked in with us on WhatsApp prior to arrival and during our stay to check if there was anything we needed.

De Villa was groot elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en is mooi ingericht. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk met veel ligbedden, de keuken is ook goed ingericht.

Villa FABULEUSE!!! un REVE! tres bien située, personnel charmant, belle vue et au calme a 10min du centre (Grab toutes les 30sec). je recommande! Nous avons dejeune a la maison et mange un barbecue prepare par un chef un soir , c'etait parfait! Seul petit bemol, pas possible de manger a l exterieur.

De ruimte, de ontspanning, de hygiëne, de uitstraling en Gastvrijheid van Kantu! Hij ontlast je al vanaf het moment dat je boekt (we kregen een app en ik dacht eerst dat het scam was...maar het was dus echt de gastvrije Kantu) Bedden voor aankomst goed verdeeld over de kamers...precies zoals we zelf wilden (in 1 kamer wilden we 4 bedden ivm 2 kids van 3 en 7 jaar oud, die we boven bij ons wilden laten slapen ivm het zwembad) Kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt alsmede de verversing van handdoeken. Bedden werden dagelijks opgemaakt en ze hebben ook een connectie bij de laundry service, wat voor onze groep van 10 personen echt een must was. Wij komen hier zeker terug als we ooit weer in Bali zijn en hebben het binnen de familie al aangeraden. Badkamers waren superclean en alles was net zo mooi als de foto's..... geen catfish alert dus ;) (We hebben bijna 4 weken op Bali gezeten en meerdere plekken afgehuurd en nergens klopte het beeld als op de foto's, maar hier wel)

Locatie is wat verder gelegen en kost je wel wat meer tijd om in het centrum te komen. Door de extreme drukte in het verkeer, doe je er makkelijk 10x langer over buiten de "spits" . Maar anderzijds heb je dus absoluut geen last van herrie van auto's, mensen etc. Voor het bezorgen van eten had Grab en Gojek weleens wat moeite. Ze konden het niet altijd meteen vinden. Geen airco in de woonkamer. Op zich was het allemaal best te doen, in hartje zomer en al dat glaswerk. Het was niet dat je midden in een hete kas zat. Maar een airco zou wel fijn zijn.

Grote mooie villa met ruime kamers en heerlijk zwembad, Kantu villa manager zorgde voor vlotte fijne communicatie , schoonmaak en ontbijt perfect. Locatie is wat afgelegen maar heerlijk rustig , kleine weg af lopen en t busje kon ons oppikken , met scooter perfect te doen. 5 min naar centrum op de scooter. Ja als het regent moet je 2 stappen door de regen naar je kamer , de charme van de villa , ja de weg word bewerkt en hobbelig en plasserig , welkom in Azië 😬 voor ons echter alles perfect !
