La localisation est difficile pour les UBER / GRAB mais après on s’y fait.

The staff was very supportive and helpful, and the villa’s location is excellent.
On the ground floor, there are 3 rooms, but two of them share the same bathroom. On the first floor, there are also 3 rooms, and all of them share one bathroom. In addition, the shower water was very cold and with very low pressure. When we reported this issue, the staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

Pool was lovely, rooms were nice, filtered water in the kitchen was good.
The railing for the balcony and stairs was unsafe, especially with elderly and kids. The rooms had a funny smell in them, no TV in the lounge area, wifi didn’t work very well, water turned off every time you shower mid way through. I felt like there was some false advertising in the images. It shows as though you get the whole villa in the image but it’s only half of it. No delivery food service or taxi could find the location - very far away from town.
