Visesa Ubud Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Visesa Ubud. The property is beautiful and has a very relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A great place to stay if you want a peaceful escape in Ubud

The villa was spacious and comfortable with its own plunge pool. The grounds were lovely to walk around with access to walking paths through the rice paddies into Ubud. The Balinese restaurant at the property was great.

One of the bathrooms had a very bad smell coming from the drain.

Overall an exceptionally well maintained property, very good villas, great service from all the staff.

Some places are beautiful, but some places make you feel something. Visesa Ubud Resort does both. What I’ll remember most isn’t the villa, the food, or even the breathtaking views—though they were all amazing. It’s the feeling of peace that stayed with me throughout my stay. The kind of peace that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and appreciate the moment you’re in. The people at Visesa have a way of making you feel genuinely welcome. Not like a guest checking into a resort, but like someone they are truly happy to have there. Every interaction felt warm, natural, and sincere. Surrounded by rice fields, nature, and Balinese culture, Visesa offers something that is becoming harder to find: authenticity. It doesn’t try too hard to impress you—it simply lets Bali speak for itself. I arrived looking for a getaway and left with memories I’ll carry for a long time. Some destinations you visit once and forget. Visesa is the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve gone home.
