How far pack the villa is off the road especially in wet conditions.

Even with the almost constant rain, we enjoyed the facilities. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. Beds were big and comfortable. The whole place was tastefully decorated. All of us did not want to leave.
Communication at times was difficult. There was errors with orders from the menu when dining in, but other than that, our host Surya was quick to respond to last minute bookings for transport and massages. Without your own transport, getting around was difficult. Grab drivers had difficulty locating us but once in our transport, we had no shortage of choices for food.

The host was very responsive. We booked several meals, private transportation, and massages and always received prompt responses. The villa locates in a very secluded area which is good for quietness and privacy but the road to the villa was not a smooth ride.
The villa itself is pretty grand and deluxe however some amenities probably need more attention. Water was dripping from AC, and drainage in one room was not functioning properly.
