Villa Baia by BaliSuperHost

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. From the moment we booked, the team was incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful. They communicated with us proactively on WhatsApp before our arrival and were always quick to respond throughout our stay. The whole Balisuperhost team, especially Surya, went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. They helped us organise pool decorations, dinner catering, supermarket deliveries and breakfast preparation, and were incredibly accommodating with all of our requests. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable rather than simply providing the basics. The villa itself was even better than we expected. It looked exactly like the photos, if anything, even more beautiful in person, and had fantastic amenities. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. It was a wonderful space for our group and made the whole stay feel very special. We stayed with a big group of friends. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily come back. A beautiful villa, fantastic amenities and a genuinely wonderful team that made us feel very well looked after.

Nothing. The small road getting into the villa itself was not big enough for large 6+ people cars/vans (it was ok for small cars) so we had to walk to the main road to get those but its only a 1 minute walk.

De ruimte in deze villa is niet normaal. Overal wel een plekje om jezelf misschien even terug te trekken van de drukte

Je moet best een donker padje op om bij de villa komen, maar dat is dan wel t enige. Het was opzich goed te bereiken. Alleen de wc’s vond ik iets onhygiënischer. Maar niet ernstig

How far pack the villa is off the road especially in wet conditions.

Even with the almost constant rain, we enjoyed the facilities. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. Beds were big and comfortable. The whole place was tastefully decorated. All of us did not want to leave.

Communication at times was difficult. There was errors with orders from the menu when dining in, but other than that, our host Surya was quick to respond to last minute bookings for transport and massages. Without your own transport, getting around was difficult. Grab drivers had difficulty locating us but once in our transport, we had no shortage of choices for food.
