Darwin and staff were very kind, thoughtful, professional, and willing to accommodate requests in best possible way. Darwin also came across very reliable and responsible, he would be great character for management. Pool and accommodation was clean, rooms were very spacious, outdoor bath and shower was cool.
Although the rooms are spacious, they smelt nice and clean. Overall the property was older than we expected.

The staff were lovely and so keen to ensure we had a great stay. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious. The daily breakfast included was great, I loved the Bali coffee, fruit plate and omelet, my partner and the kids loved the pastries and smoothie bowls.
The villa didn't have a great indoor living space and the outdoor living space was down a flight of steps so it felt quite disconnected. When we first arrived we thought it would be cool if we saw a monkey at our accommodation, by the end of our three day stay we had seen enough monkeys! They kept turning up while we were at the main pool and even swimming in our pool at the villa! The restaurant did a great breakfast but the other meals were so so which was fine we just ate out in Ubud anyway.

Location is unbelievably gorgeous. If you're a jungle lover this is definitely the place for you. The staff are lovely and super attentive. I loved having room service and the comfort of anything I needed being bought to my room. Monkeys are everywhere and very entertaining. I actually made a YouTube recap video for anyone who wants a closer look https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvTlr1HFwBY&list=LL&index=1
A little slack when it came to cleaning the rooms. I noticed they didn't change the sheets a few times during my stay and just sort of made up the bed. Also quite a few ants in the bathroom that weren't taken care of when they cleaned but I mean its the jungle so the ants were the least of concern.

This place was absolutely stunning. Staff were amazing and, Darwin, was so kind to us by organising complementary flowers for our honeymoon and a candle lit dinner at night. It was just beautiful. Breakfast included each day was lovely and the French toast was excellent. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful location in nature.
Hot water in shower took at least 10 minutes to come through. A bit isolated too.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aloha Boutique. The hosts truly made our experience special — from the thoughtfully prepared healthy breakfasts each morning to the genuine care and personal touches throughout our stay. We really appreciated the honest local recommendations, which helped us experience the area in a meaningful way. The location was excellent, making it easy to access beaches, viewpoints, and experiences nearby. Everything felt effortless, warm, and well looked after.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Power points in bathroom didn’t work and the shower was not always warm and lacked pressure

It has a good location, the facilities and the style of it is pretty, but the most I liked was the discretion, they never bothered us in the morning about the cleaning, they always waited till we leave the place.
First at all, they say the breakfast is included, which is ridiculous because the portions and the plates they offers you are for kids, you have the right only for certain foods or drinks and only one, which is not enough. We ended up ordering one extra plate and they charged it every day to the our room. And at the end of our stay we payed o lot extra money it suppose to for breakfast, personally was too much for a lil bit of food.
In my opinion the place is nice but not for what we paid!

Amazing location amongst a jungle setting with views. Very nice change from the busy areas of Bali. Not far from central Ubud for a dinner out. As a family staying with older children we only stayed for 2 nights but loved every minute of it. It will be remembered.
Nothing.

When I arrived I was greeted by a local staff member. She showed me to my room and gave me my key. I was given a welcome drink while I waited for my room to be ready, which was only a few minutes. She explained some basic things about hotel shuttles etc.
There was not much in the bar fridge in the room. 2 cans of lemonade, 2 cans of Coke and 2 Beers. If there had been other items, I would have eaten them. These did not get restocked throughout my stay. Not close to any other shops.

Great breakfast with room, room service if you wanted it. Location was incredible right in the jungle!
Pool was luxurious over the edge of the jungle. Staff were so friendly. Had a lovely massage and a free 15 min one was a bonus.
Not the property fault but there was quite a few scratching noises at night, you definitely are in the jungle, but still amazing experience and the bedrooms were free of bugs

The most beautiful location in the middle of the rain forest. Far away from the busy centre and felt like a proper, peaceful retreat. Rooms were stunning, had everything we needed (including mosquito nets) and there was even a jacuzzi outside our room which was unexpected. Having breakfast every morning at the restaurant overlooking the trees was a dream. The pool was so beautiful and I just wish we spent more time there. Can't wait to stay here again.
Water pressure in the shower was very low and the hot water took at least 5 mins to heat up before going in and out.

Back to nature ,very peaceful , beds super.comfy staff very helpful ,everything you needed in room.and rooms large
Dimly lit when we arrived and jacuzzi right in the middle if villa we were tired after our trip and my husband slipped in and hurt himself ,be careful ! I imagine that's why there are disclaimers on walls ! Someone e said their jacuzzi was heated ours wasn't it was freezing we didn't use it . No.couches to sit on just a dining table . There were 4 of us ,we skipped some of the fruit and bread baskets at breakfast but asked for.an egg on avocado which they charged us for ! However they didn't take money off for notice ordering the other stuff ,thought that was a bit petty

The view from
The restaurant
We were never given the option to choose a villa or a jacuzzi. We were given a filthy jacuzzi suite that is so dangerous and it is positioned in between two room. Staying with kids is so dangerous. Please specify these comments to help next group with little kids. In addition, you can not lock the rooms and it stays wide open and the excuse from the reception is that is is very safe in ubud so you don’t need to lock the property.

The views were pretty spectacular.
Swimming pool is beautiful to swim in. So peaceful.
Never used them private pool, just needed a little net to clean the pool before you get in as leaves and seeds drop into the pool.

Monkeys sometimes outside our room and at the pool. Good to see some monkeys, but a bit annoying after a while

The location is in the middle of the jungle. The landscape was breathtaking.
The food was not amazing and the added amenities like spa were also okay but not superb

The location and surroundings were absolutely incredible at Natura resort and spa. A very beautiful place with a view of the jungle.
The facilities were good, we stayed in a villa with a private pool and were very happy with it. Less need for maintenance in the common areas.
The restaurant was below all criticism.
We had an evening at the hotel and this evening we wanted to book the three-course couple dinner that was supposed to be available, but this was not possible, only dinner in the regular restaurant and the a la carte menu.
At dinner we both ordered a steak with side dishes, but were later informed that there was only one steak and that individual side dishes were out of stock and therefore not available. We therefore had to change our order and replace one of the steaks with a pizza.
Given the hotel's location and the limited access to other restaurants, we would say that the hotel must be able to deliver a good restaurant experience that lives up to the hotel's other standards. Furthermore, not having full availability on the menu (generally poor selection on the menu as it is) when the hotel is otherwise empty on quests we would say is considered very bad.
The icing on the cake for us was that the food was neither well-cooked nor tasty. The pizza was the worst we've ever eaten, without exaggeration.
We gave our feedback directly at dinner to the staff, who only thanked us for saying something. At check-out when they asked how the stay had been and we again gave our feedback, we were told "you should have said something earlier”.
The hotel staff tried to provide as good service as possible, but with their limited English it was difficult to communicate.
For a four star hotel in this price range we definitely expected more.
As said, facilities and location, absolutely incredible - service and everything else, substandard.

Limited shuttle times to Ubud, no flexibility

The hotel is a very peaceful retreat, surrounded by jungle. We had a nice room with private pool, which was a nice added bonus. Staff are so lovely and helpful and really can’t do enough for you. The main pool area is tranquil with great views.
I feel that some areas could do with a refurb. The outdoor bathroom was quite tired and needed a refresh. The restaurant menu is quite basic and we would have liked more choices. It’s quite a tough and hilly walk into Ubud, so it’s definitely a taxi ride, which is really cheap, so not a problem.

The views are amazing, it truly feels like you are in a jungle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth noting that it is a bit out of ubud centre - but we wanted a few days of quiet after staying in the city, so this was perfect for that! Swimming pool is well maintained and very beautiful.
The only negative is that the rooms was very stuffy and had a bit of a moldy smell. The water pressure is also quite low, but that seems to be a common problem most places we've stayed at.
7.0 / 10.0
We loved both the private pool and the common pool.
Food was average and service was very slow, it took more than 30 minutes to get served for breakfast. The hotel is a bit old overall and needs proper renovation - also the room wasn’t deep cleaned and we often found bugs inside.

The villas are nice.
My wife and I got food poisoning from the hotel and spent a couple of days of our trip vomiting and with diarrhoea. The hotel said they will investigate, not sure if we were the only ones. The restaurant staff were dismissive. The hotel is far away from any restaurants or shops so they should really take care of their guests which will most probably eat there. Really affected our 12-day trip to Bali as it took a bit of time to bounce back 100%. We did not eat anywhere else that day.

Jungle views were amazing! Seeing some furry visitors from the balcony was certainly a highlight! Best massage we’ve had in Bali to date too! Super friendly staff!
The room could do with a little maintenance fix just to help keep the critters out but the bed nets certainly helped with that when sleeping!

Staff Service and spa facilities are the best. The valley view is gorgeous.
Food options could be more.

The view is 10 stars. We had the private villa. The villa is larger than my house. Best place I have ever stayed. Breakfast was included and was really good. Staff were very kind. Would come here 100%
If you are driving, get a narrow car because to get to the villa there is very narrow streets. Traffic to and from the villa is really bad but it’s not their fault.

The stay at the property was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Yana and Ms. Emilia, who went above and beyond to assist us, especially with ensuring the availability of halal food options. Their kindness and attention to detail made a significant difference. The overall service was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations, making our time there memorable and enjoyable in every way.
