Absolutely everything. The facilities are so beautiful. The Villa was big and really special. The staff were so attentive and nice.
The TV remote was giving me some problems. But maybe I shouldn’t have been watching TV in such a beautiful place. Everything else was phenomenal.

Very friendly, attentive and professional staff who attended to every need, from a delicious gluten free afternoon tea to organising a barbecue with flowers. Service was flawless and more than we could ask for. The presidential villa with pool was beautiful and the massages excellent. Breakfast abundant. Shuttle to Ubud. Location: in a quiet street facing the green forest.

We LOVED everything about this place: the people, the villa, the food, the massage, the peace, we were in heaven! This place is saved for us to return one day! We really recommend it.

I don’t know where to start with rating this beautiful place! The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble, Widiantari is a credit to the team but every single member of staff deserves a mention. We felt like royalty and treated like king and queen. The daily breakfasts had so much choice, the romantic private BBQ with private chef is a must, the food is unreal and the happy hours cocktails were our favourite!
The free shuttle to Ubud was great it was like having your own private chauffeur once a day. The villa was amazing and huge and the views were insane. I would recommend this place over and over and over again…we will be back!!!!!! 🙏🏼
