The environment was excellent—very quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. The service was attentive and the staff were always willing to meet our needs. The breakfast was generous and had a great variety.
The only downside was that there is some construction nearby, so there was some noise in the morning, although thankfully it was not noticeable inside the room. I also felt that the afternoon tea could be a little more generous. The Wi-Fi was consistently quite slow, but the staff were aware of the issue and said they would look into it.

The villa was very comfortable, spacious and enjoyable with everything you could need when you’re there Having everything brought to the room whether it be drinks, food or spa services made the whole stay so relaxing. The view of the jungle from the pool was beautiful. The spa services were also very good. The shuttle into Ubud was very convenient. Above all, the staff were lovely - courteous, friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the construction going on across from the villa on the opposite side of the jungle view. It didn’t impact us too much and is not the fault of the property. Hopefully it will be better when those buildings are complete.

I love the location right in the middle of the forest. It is extremely peaceful and beautiful. The staff are super friendly. The food is fantastic and i love the private pool and the accommodation is intriguing, open plan Balinese style
