We were attending a party in the private function room - so to have a room just a few steps away was amazing - it had everything we needed for the night - including tea and coffee making facilities. We met with our friends for breakfast the next morning and it was great. We also ordered Sandwiches the day before when we arrived ( 1 x fish finger, 1 x steak) these were lovely - fresh bread and large portions. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Comfortable twin room, tea & coffee etc available, no biscuits or snack. Quiet.
It was very late when we arrived off a delayed flight and everything seemed very dark. No light as we made our way to the cottages, and the lock box to find our key was in darkness, I needed to use the torch on my phone.

Wonderful staff made us so welcome.
As a female staying in a room on my own I would have liked a bolt or chain to lock the door from the inside
