I think the parking charge is unreasonable given where you are situated.

Budget hotel however lovely staff
I was not impressed with breakfast , buffet needed to be refilled food mediocre however the breakfast waiter very friendly . Reception staff very friendly -helpful and professional - dipti and hardeep who had only started a week ago . Gemma on nights very helpful too

The hotel was close to the venue we were going to
The room was tired, it had some random electric things laying between the beds, there was no mirror near a plug so I could dry my hair, breakfast was mostly cold and the coffee machines kept breaking.

Rooms dark and dated just a standalone heater the whole place needs a refresh, breakfast just adequate not good, service staff good and having to pay £10.00 per night to park not really acceptable
