We stayed in Apartment 5, which is beautifully appointed with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen and large rooms with luxurious bedding. The milk and waters in the fridge was a nice touch.
There were 3 travellers in our party and we are all in our mid 70's. It was probably remiss of me not to make further enquiries before booking, but for us the walk up the steps or wheelchair path was rather challenging as the parking is quite far from the Apartments. Without the help of my son on arrival and the staff at departure, we would not have managed to get the large suitcases into and out of the Apartment. In the apartment there are steps up to bedroom 1 and steps up to the toilet in bedroom 2, so I had to always be on the alert when the ladies were going to the toilets. I struggle to understand why there are any steps as this is ostensibly a single level Apartment.

The location and the pool.
Staff.
We did not have bfast.
The room was average. (apartment) For R3500 for one night, some lights did not work.
The pillows are not feather...always offer.
Although the apartment is fo 4 people, there is only one small couch in the lounge to watch TV
We had no braai facility (apartment 5)
Shower door is illegal (should open out, not in ) Ie what if someone falls or has heart attack. you will have to break the glass to get to them!!?
Not enough tea and coffee.
no Ice in the freezer.
Decor below standard of a boutiqiue location.
