Exceptional stay – highly recommended!

We stayed at Nassau Guest Farm for two nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the host Lysanne made us feel welcome. She was very friendly, caring, and genuinely involved. The cottage was stunning – beautifully decorated, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was AMAZING – honestly the best breakfasts we had during our entire trip in South Africa! So fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the wine estates. We would recommend Nassau Guest Farm to everyone without hesitation. If we ever return to South Africa, we will definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay in the Winelands - 5 stars

Beautiful historic cottage with amazing views. Pool and hot tub. Incredible, delicious and luxurious breakfast served on the terrace, and Lynette was very kind to make it extra special for my partner’s birthday. About 10 mins outside of Stellenbosch, close to wineries. Bed is very comfy, shower is great, they provide free bottles of water. Little fridge to keep food or drinks in. All staff are so friendly, nothing was too much. Very very impressed.

This is the cottage you want

Very comfortable stay in every way: the high quality cottage is very warm and we felt at home immediately. Great view on far away mountains. Parking right near the cottage. Fantastic hosts who served a absolutely delightfull breakfast on our veranda. Goods beds, shower etc etc. No barking dogs and some nice wildlife like hadada ibis and guinea fowl.

Our cottage was shared with an other undercthe same roof, so one could hear the neighbours. Only occasionally, nothing terrible.

Little Gem

Rooms are beautiful, very short drive to Stellenbosh. Nothing to say about the breakfast basket, it was amazing, homemade food, little beautiful touches to deliver it, natural juice, it was delicious. Lynnete is a great host, gave us a lot of information about the area, the farm, she is super friendly. We inly stay one night before our flight back home but definetely coming back on our next trip there, views are relaxing, you really enjoy seating at the porch just watching the greenery There is also a nice playground so our little one really enjoyed it

Stunning cottage with gorgeous decor, comfortable chairs and an amazing view. Breakfast basket beautifully presented, thoughtfully wrapped and ever so delicious. This outstanding guest farm in Stellenbosch exceeded all expectations. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home and attending to our every need—even doing our laundry. The unit offered beautiful views, was spotless, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfasts were classy and delicious, and the peaceful location was conveniently close to everything. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful and incredibly serene — the perfect escape. Lynette, the host, is an absolute gem: warm, attentive, and thoughtful. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink on arrival, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. Waking up to a delicious continental breakfast, delivered in a charming picnic basket, was such a treat. Tolle Gästefarm mit super Ausstattung und hervorragendem Frühstück. Chefin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns in Fragen der Ausflüge optimal beraten. Gleichfalls wurde uns das Oldtimer Museum ausführlich gezeigt.

Wer in einem klassischen Kap-Reetdachhaus wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, große Zimmer, großes und bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Veranda mit Weber-Grill, Haus im traditionellen Kap-Stil, gute Parkmöglichkeit, überragend guter Service, sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück wird in zwei Picknick-Körben gebracht, liebevoll zubereitet. Wir haben die beiden Tage hier sehr genossen.

Das große und moderne Bad hat Fenster und bräuchte daher eigentlich keinen Ventilator. Dieser ist mit dem Lichtschalter kombiniert und recht laut.

Wir wohnten im wunderschönen Familiencottage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch! Was aber noch fantastischer ist, ist das hervorragende Frühstück, welches die Besitzerin jeden Morgen zaubert! Wir fanden den Pool und Whirlpool auch hervorragend! Unsere Tochter fand die Enten ganz entzückend und auch den kleinen Spielplatz!

Die Unterkunft hätte eine glatte 12 verdient.

Das absolute Highlight war das Frühstück. Es wurde jeden morgen in Picknickkörben angeliefert , alles frisch zubereitet,einzeln liebevoll verpackt und einfach nur lecker. Das cottage war super gemütlich eingerichtet , die Betten äußerst bequem und draußen auf der Terrasse hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge.

Luxuscottage mit Breakfast de luxe

Für uns hat hier wirklich alles gepasst. Die Farm liegt etwas außerhalb von Stellenbosch, man braucht ein Auto. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit im Cottage erstklassig. Es gibt einen Pool und einen hot tub. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind supernett, immer da, wenn man sie braucht, aber ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören. Das Oldtimer-Museum von Albert ist ein echtes Kleinod. Auch wenn wir sehr viel reisen, so ein Frühstück haben wir noch nie bekommen. Morgens werden die Köstlichkeiten als Picknick auf die Terrasse geliefert. Nach dem Essen mussten wir nichts wegräumen. Die fleißigen Mitarbeiterinnen erledigen sogar den Abwasch, was wir in einem Ferienhaus noch nirgends erlebt haben. Wir haben uns selten irgendwo so wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Es war wirklich außergewöhnlich dort. Eine bessere Unterkunft kann man sich nicht wünschen. Es hat alles von A-Z gepasst. Vor allem die Gastgeberin hat beeindruckt, mit ihrer Freundlichkeit, dem Service, aber auch den Kleinigkeiten wie Blumen usw.

Traumhaft

Wir durften 4 Nächte in der Nassau Guest Farm verbringen. Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen und wurden sogar mit einem Glas Wein begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war absolut sauber und wunderschön. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte, das Badezimmer modern und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück, welches man zur gewünschten Zeit bestellen konnte bekam man auf die Terrasse gebracht und war wunderschön und liebevoll angerichtet, von allem etwas und sehr reichlich. Die Farm liegt absolut ruhig und dennoch nah an der Stadt, die Weingüter von Stellenbosch sind alle innerhalb längstens 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt einen Pool und einen Hot Tub, den wir vor allem abends sehr genossen haben. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist genial. Vor allem wollen wir Lynette und Albert danken, die sehr gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben haben und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllten. Die Herzlichkeit und Wärme der beiden machten uns den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Sollten wir wieder hierher zurück kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in der Nassau Guest Farm buchen.

Una meraviglia

Quanto ci é piaciuto stare qui! Una dimora meravigliosa con vista montagne a due passi da Stellenbosch. Lynette é stata deliziosa, disponibile a darci ogni consiglio possibile per la nostra vacanza. Ci ha accolto con un buonissimo aperitivo. Il nostro cottage sotto il grande albero era curato nei minimi dettagli. Il pezzo forte é la colazione che non abbiamo mai fatto così da nessun’altra parte. Lynette ci ha preparato la tavola con due ceste da picnic piene di scatoline con dentro una sorpresa! Raffinatezza, bontà e originalità!

Superschöne kleine Farm mit toller Aussicht und Vermietern, die so unglaublich nett und herzlich sind!

Wo soll ich anfangen? Es war einfach nur wunderschön und Lynette ist die herzlichste und liebste Gastgeberin, die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte. Egal um welches Anliegen es ging, sie hat uns weit über dem, was man erwarten kann, wo es nur ging geholfen und war für uns da. Wir waren zu viert und ich habe dann sogar noch kostenlos ein Cottage für mich allein bekommen, damit wir besser schlafen können. Die kleine Farm ist seit einem Jahr geöffnet und man sieht, dass diese noch zu einem kleinen Juwel ausgebaut wird. Aber wir konnten jetzt schon super den Pool und den Hot Spa direkt vor dem See und mit den Bergen im Hintergrund nutzen. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Überhaupt ist es ein Ort, wo man die Liebe der Vermieter überall spürt. Das Frühstück haben wir so auch noch nirgends so erlebt. Wir haben morgens immer schön verpackte Frühstückskörbe mit vielen kleinen leckeren Überraschungspaketen bekommen. Es war so lecker. Und dann noch der Blick von der Terrasse. Wir würden gerne auf Dauer hier bleiben, müssen aber heute abreisen. Aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Denn auch die Lage ist sehr gut für die Erkundung der Winelands mit seinen vielen wunderschönen Weingütern. Eigentlich darf ich hier gar nicht so viel Werbung machen, sonst bekommen wir im nächsten Jahr nichts mehr 😄 Lynette & Albert, vielen lieben Dank für drei wunderschöne Tage.

Perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf einer wunderschönen Farm nahe Stellenbosch.

Unsere geräumige Wohnung war in einem wunderschönen Reetdach gedeckten Haus mit nur einer weiteren Wohnung. Die Einrichtung war mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgewählt. Die Farm ist riesig und mindestens so schön wie das Haus. Die Besitzerin Lynette hat sich schon vor unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Das Frühstück, dass sie uns morgens zu unserer Wunschzeit persönlich gebracht hat war nicht von dieser Welt. Das muss man einfach selber erleben.
